When you are a first time landlord it is the most daunting experience ever! Chloe from RMJ just wiped away every fear. She said 1 week at the most it would be all over and i did not believe it!. Where do i begin??? From the first meeting she took control. She pointed us to handy men, carpet fitters everything we needed to make it a seamless transaction. She held our hand through it all. I could call her at any time of the day and this is what makes it all special. She was not this sales executive that would frighten your with jargon! Another thing is the RMJ portal for landlords which is so 21st century. I am one delighted woman. My property is on rent yeh!!!!!!!!!!

Recently sold a house through the Gravesend office . Initially thinking of approaching a few agents for alternative quotes . They did not discourage me from doing that , but I decided just to use them without looking elsewhere as when they visited me they demonstrated that they knew the area well. The information Tom provided on what is involved in moving and fees was clear and very helpful. He was very friendly but professional and kept me informed on a regular the sbasis throughoutelling process The number of viewings within the first 10 days was very impressive and was very surprised and happy how quickly I got an offer. Would recommend RMJ . Jo kept in regular contact throughout selling process, it took longer than normal to complete through no fault of RMJ. I felt she was the only one really pushing to get it over the line. RMJ were very professional throughout the 6 to 7 months it took to complete and my views have not changed. I was very pleased with RMJ from start to finish. Reece impressed me at the valuation stage with his knowledge of the market and genuine interest in selling my property. He valued the property higher than any other local agent that attended and convinced me that he would achieve this realistic price. The house sold within 4 weeks of the valuation. When the first buyer dropped out, Andy, the branch manager became involved and found another buyer the following day. I was kept up to date throughout by the friendly staff. I would highly recommend RMJ, they deserve to be the Gravesend market leader.

I had another agency come round at the same time, but the reason i actually went with these guys was because of Chloe, people buy into people and then businesses.
