GoogleWe completed on a house sale & purchase in January 2021. The service from RMJ was first class from start to finish. They always kept us informed about any progress on both the sale and purchase, and we always felt like we were being looked after. I had reservations about going with a local agent as we had used an online one previously which was fine, but now I'd always go local, RMJ were great. GoogleSuch a friendly, family-felt orientated team at Robinson Michael & Jackson, Gravesend! Andy and Ben (dream team!) helped me with my purchase as a first-time buyer, they made everything so simple, quick and easy. I was kept well informed throughout the whole process. They didn’t make me feel stupid at all with any concerns I had about the property or with my questions as it was the first time going through this process, so I didn’t know what to expect. I now know and understand the process of buying a home and it is really not as hard as I thought I was going to be! I’d been told by friends, family, colleagues etc. that buying a house is one of the most stressful things to do in life but these guys made my experience super super easy, which is hard in normal times but even harder in these uncertain COVID times. I now own my dream home that I’ve always wanted and plan to stick here for a long time, BUT if I ever find myself looking for another house my first port of call will be RMJ! Even when I went to pick up my keys from the office as a nervous excited first-time buyer (hadn’t sunken it yet that I’d bought a house), Nicola who handed over the keys to me was so lovely and mega excited for me which was really nice to see. The friendly, family-felt vibe from this team played such a major part (for me personally) in this process, because this is a huge achievement for me, and a memory that I am going to have forever of when I bought my first home and will look back on how FAB-U-LOUS the RMJ are!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI have used Robinson Michael Jackson 4 times over the last 15 years and have always been totally satisfied with the service that I have received during the sale of my properties and the service you receive after the sale. I put my mums property up with RMJ last Jan and we have had to put up with selling it during the pandemic which came with all sorts of problems as well as my mum who is in her 70s was self isolating. But RMJ dealt with the problems with all the professionalism you could ask for putting my mum at ease. Even during the total lock down when there were no viewings, they kept in contact with us on the way forward when viewings could continue. The viewings went without a hitch and a sale was agreed. Fortunately for us our buyer was a good buyer but their buyer who RMJ did not have anything to do with was a nightmare. The estate agent they used communicating skills where not existent, their solicitor was the same. Fortunately for us Jo in the after sales team who was looking after us worked her socks off getting the sale through. she has the patients of a saint. So would I use RMJ a fifth time, absolutely, Andy Reece Jo and the team worked hard in unprecedented times and I thank them Chris KingPositiveProfessionalism

I was very impressed from the start, they came across very professional and managed to sell my property in one week. I also purchased my current property through them. During the whole process, the team worked hard to get everything done and they are always quick to answer the phone and update me with the progress of the sale unlike other Estate Agents I have experienced. GoogleWe had a good start when we moved in. Then we had two issues with the property and they haven't been addressed yet. No response to our emails. And this has been the case for more than a month.
We apologise that the maintenance issues raised haven't been rectified as quickly as we'd have liked, I can confirm that the Property Management Team have been chasing the landlord for a resolution. However, unfortunately we cannot authorise or instruct any works without the Landlord's consent. The Property Management Team have and will continue to keep you updated on this - The Lettings Team
