GoogleDealt with sale dept, called to book viewing on a property they were marketing. They never phoned me back to offer date/time, I called them 3 days later and was told it was my fault for not providing a mortgage in principle.......even tho it was made clear I was a CASH buyer! No apology or acknowledgement of his incompetence waste of time and space AVOID.

Robinson Michael Jackson did a great job of lining up the potential buyers in advance of the property being able to go on the market, just like they'd said they would, so that it sold promptly with minimum fuss.
