GoogleWe have used RMJ Gravesend since 1996 and have moved three times since then. A very professional and friendly crew. Andy dealt with our first move and Reece the last 2. Although it's not just the front end that works well, it's the whole team behind the scene. There maybe cheaper packages around but with these guys the whole process from start to finish is done as smooth as can be expected. This time around we also used CTW solicitors and again an outstanding service. The price your quoted by RMJ and CTW is the price you will pay, no surprising costs added after you sign.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleChoosing an Estate Agent occurs only a few times in life so it can be a bit of a journey into the unknown. We have just reached the end of that journey and it gives us great pleasure to report that Andy & his team have worked tirelessly on behalf of both buyers and sellers to close the sale. At times we had to deal with unprecedented difficulties and his proactive approach has helped us get over those hurdles. The professionalism and communication were first class and as I said to him the other day, we felt we were part of a team, all pulling in the same direction, and you really can't expect any more than that when the inevitable delays, frustrations and concerns crop up. The commission rate ( very reasonable ) becomes secondary to the high quality service that you are receiving, so without hesitation we do recommend that you talk to these guys if you are looking to sell your property. GoogleOur house chain was no smooth process but the team were super helpful along the way always keeping us informed, not to mention because we were with both Robinson Michael and Jackson and using the Mortgage Advise Bureau to help us get the best deal possible the process was self contained within the branch, in fact our sale progressor sits right next to our MAB consultant Ben, Special mention goes to Jo at the branch as a sales progressor, despite our purchase being cut very close she was clear, concise and made us feel at ease when things didnt go according to plan further up in the chain. We appreciated this calmness since we were newly weds and needed to arrange a house purchase in between wedding plans and a post pandemic world! GoogleI picked RMJ because they have a big local presence. I also had one other big local estate agent come round to measure and quote. Out of the two, I felt RMJ was just ahead, the pricing was fair and the explanation of their services was clear and concise. I was specifically looking for a hands off sale, where RMJ did literally everything, viewings, chase calls etc. And they did just that. The sale went through very quickly and was painless. They kept me up to date and the frequency and detail of calls and emails was to my liking. I know everybody's houseove will differ from mine and their requirements will not be the same but I'd recommend RMJ and suggest giving them a go.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleRMJ have been absolutely amazing with the sale of my joint property with my ex partner. The sale had lot's of challenges along the way and Lily Dowden-Smith, who I will be nominating for agent of the year (if I can) was incredible. Sensitive, neutral but professional at all times. The sale completed by the wire and her calmness was incredible. Her passion for her job is just exceptional. What a credit she is. GoogleI would and have recommended Robinson Micheal and Jackson at Gravesend. Reece is a true professional as are all the team. They answer every question and work so hard for you. I have brought and sold through this team and would not look at anyone else. I sold this time through them with great service.The agent I brought through this time I would not go near again! For an estate agent that puts you first look nowhere else.

GoogleThe team at Robinson Michael & Jackson, Gravesend, provided a professional service selling our mothers property, through individual viewing sessions and weekends. Even when a prospective buyer withdrew their offer, the house was placed back on the market without delay. They worked well as a team and we were kept in formed as to the progress of the sale and our solicitor was also kept in loop throughout.

GoogleWould be nice if they called us back or responded to our email enquiries. Update: they’ve asked us to email and ensure our enquiry is dealt with. We’d already received a call to say the property we enquired about was “fully booked” for viewings. This isn’t the first time they’ve not come back to us either, we enquired previously about a property and were told we’d hear from them about a viewing and never heard anything back.
