GoogleI decided to approach M&M to sell my property because they were recommended to me by a friend in the area, who had purchased a property from them previously. After meeting the team and discussing my situation with them, I was confident that selling through M&M was the right decision. My experience with M&M was great, despite several ups and downs over the 6-8 month engagement, which were entirely outside of their control, they dealt with things really well and it reassured me of their acumen as agents and just as a genuinely nice bunch of people to engage with. The process of buying/selling was admittedly extremely stressful, and at times I found myself close to calling it a day and staying put, but throughout I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience from the M&M team and Richard in particular.
