I have always managed my properties myself but the Lettings team at M&M are always on hand to help out with advice and assistance whenever needed. GoogleEveryone at M&M’s are so lovely. Not only are they helpful, they are friendly, considerate and always got things sorted in a timely way. Communication was excellent and staff members were so friendly- a joy to let with. GoogleI would advise avoiding the agency at all costs. Terrible communication, multiple bad experiences; I’ve always had issues getting viewings with them- the ‘immediately available’ properties are never available, and other properties are ‘taken’ already. No matter how much I offer, someone always offers more. Truthfully, they are horrible to try and really unsupportive.
Such a shame you felt the need to write a 1 star review because we don’t have any suitable properties for you! The rental market is indeed very competitive at the moment and many properties are being let for over the asking price. The whole team works exceptionally hard to supply amazing customer service, which is achieved through consistency in our processes. You mention that we have properties that aren't available - our properties are marketed until a tenants referencing comes back as acceptable and a deposit has been paid. A list of interested applicants is kept to make sure we have a list a people to call should referencing fail - this works in both the Landlords and applicants best interest to ensure properties are let in the quickest time to the right tenants. We all work tirelessly to achieve the fantastic 5 star reviews we already have and yet we will now be impacted by your unreasonable 1 star review. I see you have left the same message for other agents and that all you have given to businesses are 1 star reviews. Good luck with your property search.
