My husband and I recently purchased our first home via M&M, and we are delighted with the service we received. We were shown a carefully selected range of properties, all of which aligned well with our criteria. We would like to extend our thanks to Mel, Jacob, and Libby, who were all friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout. Their clear communication and ongoing support ensured a smooth process, with effective coordination between ourselves and the sellers at every stage. We would highly recommend their services. This is the second time I have rented a property via M&M and I can honestly say I cannot fault them. Sarah has been extremely considerate and thoughtful when dealing with myself and my family. Luke in particular, has gone above and beyond to help myself and my family find a new home in difficult circumstances. I cannot recommend them enough and am thrilled they will also be managing the property I am moving into.

The lettings team from M&M Estate Agents have been wonderful in securing my next property, especially Luke Murray! He showed me around and talked me through the application process and always responded promptly to my queries and emails! When I was accepted as the next tenant, he agreed to a second viewing where I could show my other children the property. I am absolutely overjoyed with the new property and feel privileged that I was chosen as the next tenant! Thank you Luke and your team for making my dreams come true!

Will Margetts is an asset to this company. We bought a bungalow a few months ago, rang the other day for some help and he was his usual extremely helpful and professional self…even though the sale had completed a while ago. People buy people and with his helpful manner, he will go far. The whole office were great and they would be my first choice if I ever needed an estate agent.

WOW!! What can I say that would do justice to M&M Estate Agents, based at their Gravesend Branch. From my very first telephone call, where I was in contact with Gemma Scott-Davis, I have received nothing but Tip-Top support and guidance. Gemma was able to answer all of my queries, in respect of a potential rental property that we are considering and in minutes, I was sent through by email, a plethora of valid information. All of the infornation / questions that I sent through via email, were responded to in minutes, not hours, or as in the case of some previous agencies contacted, days or even not at all!!. I have to say, that the calibre of M&M Estate Agents and in this particular case, the sales support from professional Gemma Scott- Davis, was absolutely Top Notch and are an Agency that from my experience, has showed itself to be Second To None! This review is totally unsolicited from any member of the M&M Estate agency and I have written it, purely on my own recent personal experience. A very sincere thank-you to Gemma and to M&M Estate Agency - They can be called upon with absolute confidence. Norman P - & Family.

I recently sold my property and needed to secure a rental at short notice. I contacted M&M for assistance, and William from their team promptly reached out to me. Throughout the process, William was consistently professional, polite, and helpful. He found a property that perfectly met our requirements, and with the additional support of his colleague Emma, who was equally professional and attentive, we were able to move in within just a few weeks. Having bought and sold several properties over the years, I have encountered a range of experiences with various agents. My experience with M&M was seamless and stress-free, exactly what one would hope for when working with an agent.

My partner and I recently had the pleasure of using M&M to find our forever home, specifically with Jacob and Mel, and we couldn't be happier with the service they provided. We found our dream home through Rightmove and reached out to M&M to book in our viewing. From the very beginning, Jacob and Mel were incredibly prompt in their responses, showing a genuine interest in our situation. They listened attentively to our needs and concerns, and their guidance was invaluable in helping us navigate the complexities of the home-buying process. One aspect that stood out to us was their extensive knowledge of both the property and the surrounding area. Their insights gave us a clear understanding of what to expect, making us feel confident in our decision-making. Despite their professionalism, Jacob and Mel approached us with a warmth and kindness that made the experience all the more enjoyable. It was evident that they genuinely cared about helping us find the perfect home. During negotiations, they were proactive in advocating for our interests, providing invaluable advice that ultimately led to our offer being accepted without a hitch. Their expertise and guidance made what could have been a stressful process remarkably smooth. Throughout our entire journey, we didn't encounter any major challenges, thanks to the proactive support and assistance provided by Jacob and Mel. They were there for us every step of the way. In the end, we couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome. Thanks to Jacob and Mel at M&M, we owe it all to their dedication and hard work. If you're in search of a real estate agency that goes above and beyond for their clients, go for M&M. We wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in need of top-notch assistance in buying or selling a property. Thank you, Jacob and Mel, for making our dreams a reality!

Contacted to book appoint for property viewing. Very quick and prompt with booking. Was met at property by Mel. Was very nice, pleasant and friendly. Took me around the property, explained features as to the house I was viewing. At the end, ran through credentials of property. She asked about current position as to myself and partners circumstances and in what position we were at as to buying. Very polite and professional as to the whole encounter and interaction. Followed up with update as to how we stood, as I did explain that we were looking at other properties within that week in question. No pressure which allowed us to continue other viewings calmly. Thank you so much Mel.

Thank you to the Team at M&M for your great support over the last few months. I found the team so helpful throughout the whole time I signed up to use your services. I would like to make a special mention to Jacob and all the support he gave use right from the very start with our first viewing. Even now post sale he is still available to support with a final few requests from myself and the new vendor. Great service and something I will be quite happy to repeat to my friends and colleagues. Many thanks
