GoogleEveryone I dealt with at M&M were really polite and professional. I mainly dealt with Gregg and Mel throughout my sale and they were very helpful. It felt more personal with M&M, whereas other agents were throwing out cliches and repeating the same ‘sales pitches’. Boring. M&M actually spoke without jargon and like normal human beings than car sales type people.

GoogleWe mostly dealt with Will at the Gravesend branch. He was excellent and very professional throughout the process. He very quickly replied to any communications, met us at the property and showed us around and was able to answer any questions we had. Even after moving in, he’s been able to answer any questions/provide information in a timely manner. I very much recommend this estate agents and Will in particular.

Everybody was so helpful and very informative, which made my first buying experience so smooth and very enjoyable. GoogleMel showed me round the property initially and was very efficient, friendly and helpful. The manager, Richard, was exceptional on 3 separate occasions. He verified my ID and forwarded it to my solicitor, saving me time, money and effort. Another estate agent did not provide me with this service. He kept me informed of the sale’s progress, or lack of, on many occasions and supported me when I delivered legal documents myself, to ensure further delays were minimised. Finally he chased me so I could chase the solicitors, and the exchange and sale completed together 3 mins before the solicitors went on holiday for 2 weeks. This is exceptional service. A special thank you to Mel and Richard, but all the staff at M and M in Gravesend have been friendly, helpful and efficient.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Richard went well beyond his remit to try to keep our sale going when it seemed that there were overwhelming issues for our buyer. Steph is usually our point of contact and has been amazing at helping to resolve issues when they occur, she is professional, friendly, considerate and even our children enjoy her visits. Google@Hollie I found dealing with this agent an absolute pleasure. She was very polite and responsive to all my messages, she kept her word and made sure things were completed. Due to my ill health, she also put in place that any further maintenance person attending, needs to wear a mask. It made a wonderful change in today's society, receiving such a professional service.
