GoogleA representative from William H Brown came to do a valuation on my dad's house who had recently passed away. I then didn't hear anything else from the estate agents I rang to see why I haven't received a copy of the valuation. They said that the person had left and that they would get back to me. I heard nothing more. That's why I'm giving them the least amount of stars possible.

GoogleHopeless. We’re not even able to arrange and keep an appointment! Fobbed off with excuses about their booking system, NOT my problem.

GoogleAvoid and find another estate agent if you're looking to sell your house. We used William H Brown to sell our home and it is was the worst decision we've made in a long time. The contract they will have you sign offers no actual basic level of service and is entirely weighted towards them receiving their commission only. Meaning they can treat you as poorly as they wish with zero consequence and this is how they behaved towards us. If you do complain, you're complaining to a company that self regulates and will simply cover their backs at all levels while swiftly ignoring the facts. I can assure you, no one will care. We even received puerile and childish emails from the branch manager calling us names and lairs...... what company thinks it's acceptable to do this?! William H Brown do! It is little surprise that estate agencies rank amongst the most untrusted professions within the UK. I would suggest you record all face-to-face meetings and telephone calls - or better still find an alternative estate agent that has a code of conduct written into the contract you sign with them.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleBeing relatively new to Lettings, the team have been fantastic at supporting us through the process and providing non bias advice and information. They have also been super efficient on supporting on services and getting required work completed ahead of tenants moving in, at competitive rates. The tenant review process was really clear and informative, making it easy for us to find the right tenant aligned to our requirements. The team at Grantham specifically Sophie and Kat have been brilliant, they are always professional, respectful and are happy to support my preferred ways of working and have been able to flex their workload to support my challenging diary to ensure we maintain active and clear communications.

GoogleAll the staff at William H Brown in Grantham have been exceedingly helpful and quick to respond to queries. Always seem to be on top of things. All in all I feel like I've been very well looked after in what is usually a pretty stressful change.

GoogleWe have dealt with matters through Hannah for our property purchase and she has been a fantastic supportive team member during the whole time. She is extremely efficient and carries out any promises she makes e.g. making contact with solicitors etc. We are always able to get into contact with Hannah and - if she's not available - she will always return calls/emails upon her return. Her professionalism, patience and willingness to help is outstanding.

GoogleI used William H Brown by default as they were the estate agent who were selling the property I bought. All contact with them was dealt with politely, efficiently and in a timely manner. I have viewed other properties that have been up for sale with them and have met Hannah from William H Brown on several occasions as she has done some of the viewings, she finds the right balance between being helpful and knowledgeable and obviously wanting a sale, without being too pushy and makes viewing a property a comfortable experience.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleProperty sold within a week of signing up with William H Brown, without photo's and above asking price! Daniel did a great job closing the deal and Amanda's follows up's always kept us up to date, even going above and beyond to send one of their rental team to the property when our rental management company had a problem! Would definitely recommend and use again - thank you all
