GoogleI am at the start of this journey, and Ashleigh has been really approachable as well as knowledgable about the area and helpful. She has kept me informed of new properties as they come onto the market yet I do not feel bombarded with updates about properties that don't interest me. It can be tricky arranging and keeping track of viewings, so I appreciate the flexibility, text message reminders and thoughtful checklists provided by William H Brown. What I value most of all is being able to easily reach Ashleigh by phone or email. It has really helped having one reliable point of contact, who understands what I am looking for. These points might sound basic, but they are really important and not all estate agents manage to achieve them.

GoogleVery good service, always deal with any issues we have quickly and professionally. Rented through them for almost 3 years now and out of all the letting agents I've had over the years the team at Grantham are by far the best. Shout out to Sophie who is always there at the end of the phone or via email to help should we need it. Also Carla who recently resolved an issue we had with builders next door leaving stagnant water in the back garden. She kept us in the loop and got this issue resolved very quickly, especially considering we are in the middle of a pandemic! Keep up the good work Grantham lettings team!

GoogleFrom the moment we met Phoebe at a house we were viewing, she has been wonderful. The circumstances of the transaction have been particularly unusual and challenging and despite this Phoebe has kept us updated and tried her hardest to assist where she can. Unfortunately for us, the house purchase was unsuccessful but we would not hesitate to use Phoebe again - she is an asset to her team.

Senior Property Valuer Luke Donaghy visited us today and went through a thorough valuation of the property, explained the process and gave us a realistic valuation that we can work with. Even though this is a bittersweet time for us, He was so thorough and professional he’s given us the motivation to move forward to the next chapter of our lives. GoogleBetween lunch breaks, out of office time, no mobile contact and general lack of communication plus no ownership of issues this office is well below an already poor level of estate agents service. After terrible service no chance of any compensation. Unfortunately too much business so they can survive in today's market. If and when the housing market slows down perhaps they will raise their standards as their business drops off.
