Grantham Branch they recommended Premier Property Lawyers to me, for this they get 1 star it has been without doubt the worst experience of my life dealing with this company and as William H Brown recommended they they can bask in the reflected glory of a job done so badly, PPL without doubt have provided the worst service I have ever received in my whole life and whilst the team at the Grantham branch may do a good job and chase they are only as good as the recommendations that they make, and if the company ignores the estate agent then they is no reason to chase, so unfortunately they get a one star for the recommendation alone and the fact i have completed with PPL last week and now they have failed to pay off my mortgage correctly please check PPL on trust pilot and find my 5 star review for the worst service in your life if you want a 5 star bad use PPL as recommended to me by William H Brown

I am really pleased with the service I have received so far from William H Bro Estate Agents in Grantham. Everyone in the team is so helpful and very proactive dealing with customer issues. I was looking for an specific person to discuss but I always get someone to help me or get similar help from proxy in absence of someone. So that I am not waiting I person I am looking for. They will ensure that my queries is dealt efficiently and effectively. They are passionate to listen customer problem and find out a best possible option to solve the problem. The key this is taking bias for action. Therefore, I had a very good experience renting a flat from William H Brown Estate Agents Grantham. I just wanted to say I have had a great experience with William H Brown , they set up viewings very quickly and had an app to update etc. my main reason for this review is due to the encounter we had with Amanda - ( manager). She showed us around the viewing with such enthusiasm, she explained everything clearly & got to know us within a brief time & started to adapt the home to our needs. Unfortunately the home was too small for us, but she had a few that she thought would be relevant for our needs. Amanda is so good at what she does, she could literally sell sand to the Arabs. She explained areas well and discussed our needs of the amazing grammar schools around. She lives in the area and knows it like the back of her hand. I would not hesitate to buy or sell from William H Brown as long as I get this same experience as I just received with Amanda. Thank you for the amazing experience.

We had a wonderful experience with Phoebe at William H Brown when purchasing our new home in Grantham. We were regularly updated by her along the way and she was absolutely brilliant and instrumental in keeping the chain moving along. It wasn't the smoothest chain due to some of the others further down, but Phoebe helped keep things going at every point and reassured us during some stressful times. Her customer service was brilliant and she even took some time out on her day off to pop by with a bunch of flowers to thank us for our help once the purchase had gone through! Highly recommended.

We called by to see the location of a new build. As we turned up on a Sunday afternoon/evening, Amanda was just locking up the show home. She went out of her way to reopen the property to show us round. She gave me and my partner every last piece of information and how we should take the next step towards buying our first home. Within two days, we had our offer and applications accepted ready to hand over to the solicitor. Natasha has worked with us to liaise with the property developers and to gather our mortgage information. We have dealt with and spoke to many estate agents over the last year and have never felt more at ease than with the team at W H Brown. I could not recommend them more!
