GoogleDisgusting and unprofessional service from the branch manager, over valued a house by £100,000 - which agent has a house on sale for almost a year if they are working effectively? Completely negligent and out of line with market conditions poor service to myself and vendor. Compliance issues arose and the branch failed in their professional and regulatory responsibility. Raised this with branch manager and simply got abuse. She lied and continued to contradict herself. I would not recommend this branch to either a vendor or purchaser as they are completely unprofessional and will mis guide you all the way costing you time and effort - if you want to have your house on the market for over a year this is the agent for you! UPDATE The ombudsman service have investigated the agent and upheld my complaint and compensation has been now been offered

GoogleI had a good experience of Connells; the agents were pro-active, informative, responsive and friendly. However, I am docking two stars because Connells' favoured conveyancers are DC Law, of whom I have just written a one-star review. I hope that Connells will take note that some of its clients are seriously unhappy about DC Law (there are very many other one-star reviews of this company in addition to my own), and either see a prompt improvement in their service, or else change their recommended conveyancer, which added considerably to the time and stress of my sale.

Emma, Property Lister was very helpful and has kept me informed with regular feedback, which the other Agent didn't. Its early days but feel positive for a sale very soon. To date, the service has been very good.

GoogleMisrepresentation and unprofessional service. Completely negligent and out of line with market conditions and poor service to the tenant. He misinformed and lied and continued to contradict himself. I informed him about everything, but he still suggested paying the advance payment, which I later lost citing the law. I would not recommend this branch to tenants as they are completely unprofessional and will misguide you.
