Laura Willets was very professional throughout her visit. I could tell she was highly experienced and knowledgeable almost instantly as she began asking the questions every seller wants to answer. My only real reservation is around the request to get signed up straight away then use the 14 day cooling off period if I wanted to use an alternative estate agent. Though this is factually correct, I think the technique should be avoided entirely. As an estate agents you are likely to represent vulnerable sellers and buyers, so asking them to sign up to anything without the the time to digest the information and deliberate on what their next step could be feels very imposing. Other then that one thing the entire visit was delightful.

We cannot thank Mia enough for her incredible support throughout the sale of our home. Selling a property is always stressful, but doing so from abroad added a whole new level of complexity. To make matters worse, we had constant issues with solicitors, making the entire process feel overwhelming. Mia was truly a lifesaver. From the moment she took over, everything changed for the better. She was proactive, professional, and, most importantly, genuinely caring. She always kept us informed, answered every question with patience, and went above and beyond to reassure us when things got difficult. Before Mia stepped in, we were dealing with Dale, and unfortunately, our experience with him was disappointing. His lack of efficiency and communication had us seriously considering leaving Connells for another agency.
