GoogleThe service that I have had from Connells in Grantham has been absolutely outstanding, professional, committed to the customer and they are able to pitch their explanations of x y and z into such a way that the customer ie me can understand what's happening and when. A HUGE AND MASSIVE WELL DONE TO THE STAFF AT CONNELLS IN GRANTHAM.

GoogleConnells Grantham helped us buy our new home. A special mention goes to Chris for arranging the mortgage and keeping in touch with us throughout the entire buying process. GoogleI have recently completed on my new house and would like to thank Connells Grantham for their support and kindness through out the process. Fin was very helpful in finding properties for me to view and Chris has been a massive support through the whole process. couldn't have asked for a better experience!

GoogleWell where do we start if I could leave zero stars I would this has to be the worst run estate agent in town they are only after the commission they will not respond to your emails or calls they don't submit offers and they have the worst mortgage advisor you could ever go with we wasted over 6 months trying to buy through these before having to pull out losing hundreds in the process the property we was buying was listed as no chain but had a sitting Tennant that they had no intention of getting rid of we are not the only people who have had this sort of experience if you don't use the In house services which are awful your offer will not go to the seller simple as that. AVOID CONNELS AT ALL COST !!!

GoogleOften had emails and phone calls ignored, unless it was a question that benefited them. Asked several times for things to be chased over a 6 week period, I was given 'updates'. However, when I looked into the 'chasing' further it turned out that nothing had actually been chase and I was just given random time scales. I will not be using Connells again, I will also actively avoid purchasing any properties they advertise.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality

GoogleI found out later that these people are more concerned with trying to sell you a mortgage so as to earn you commission rather than selling you a property. I made an offer on a property but I was told that I would need to establish first that I can afford the property. That may well be fine. I told them that I already held a solid mortgage offer with my bank. The next thing I know are incessant phone calls and messages from one of these people in Peterborough trying to persuade me to take up a mortgage with someone if their choice so as to afford them a referral commission. I declined. Guess what? I was told that they would not proceed with my offer to the seller. Despite asserting repeatedly that they have received high interest in the property, however, I recognise that the property remains on the market to-date. The whole experience of pressuring me to take up a mortgage of their choice caused me concern and made me question the integrity and professionalism of these people. I am now going to avoid properties were they are involved as I find their practices dubious and un-appealing. I would rate them sub-zero if that were possible

GoogleConnelly were really good and understood our requirements when selling and moving area The solicitors they recommended (DC law) have no sympathy are not efficient, they are slow in their response, rarely answer the phone when calling them, use too much jargon of which I would strongly advise Connells and public as a whole to avoid. Connells 5 star rating DC law 0 star rating
