GoogleThe staff are very rude, unprofessional, they don’t chase offers that you make, they don’t call you back to arrange viewings. Actually put us off buying a house we wanted due to their rudeness and lack of professionalism that we retracted the offer. I will never sell a property with them nor will I buy a property through them.NegativeProfessionalism

His experience and calm demeanour pulled our mortgage together, his knowledge taught the lender a few things, and he kept a tight ship; which meant we exchanged pretty quick. We couldn't thank you enough, and we will most definitely use you again.

GoogleRepeatedly make nuisance calls despite requesting numerous times to be removed from their lists. Obviously poor internal communication which doesn't bode well for actually doing business with them. Wish I hadn't bothered seeking a quote from them in the first place.
