A massive thank you goes out to Fiona, Lynne and all the team at McArthur Scott, I cannot recommend them enough. The team were constantly on hand to make the process of selling my property run smoothly and kept me reassured and informed every step of the way. I did not know what selling my property would entail and the steps to do so, but Fiona and the team explained everything step by step and nothing was too big of an ask….. not to mention the amazing quality of photos taken by Ken to help sell the property. If you are looking for a local company who show so much care and attention to the process and getting the right sale for you, McArthur Scott are where to look.

I cannot recommend McArthur Scott highly enough. They are an outstanding estate agents and I am so grateful for everyone at McArthur Scott for all the support and hard work that they put in to selling my house. At the initial visit, they were so positive about my house and were so supportive of my circumstances. They explained the whole process clearly to me and we’re very quick in getting everything organised and the house on the market. This estate agent properly and actively market your property. The skills,abilities and knowledge of the staff are outstanding. The photos that were taken of my house were beautiful and showed my house in the best light. The online marketing was fantastic. Their Facebook page and their website get a lot of viewers, which in turn gets viewers into your house. McArthur Scott undertook all of the viewings for my house which was a huge weight off my shoulders. They sought out and gave excellent feedback from prospective buyers. They also have an online portal where you can access this information, which was so helpful. Any questions that I had, they were at the end of a phone or email very quickly. The whole team were so efficient. Communication throughout the whole process is second to none.They have an excellent knowledge of the local area. When my house went under offer, they were able to give excellent advice on the next steps in the process and kept me updated regularly with the proceedings. They managed to get an excellent sale price for my house. If I were ever to buy or sell a house again, it would be with McArthur Scott. They go above and beyond to make sure that everything is personalised to you and to a very high standard.Thank you so much to everyone at McArthur Scott!!

I picked McArthur Scott initially for the fantastic photography that I’d spotted from other listings but I didn’t realise how amazing they really were. Everyone I spoke to and dealt with genuinely cared about your circumstances and went above and beyond to meet our needs. It’s such a special time in your life buying a new house and they truly made it an easy and stress free experience despite bumps along the way with sale breakdowns. I can’t recommend them enough!

The fact that Mccarthur Scott have made their way into the UKs top estate agency guide may have come as a shock to them, but as their client I can say with ease that it does not come as any surprise to me. We told the team at the beginning that our typical "luck" would suggest this could become a bit of a rollercoaster journey selling our property, and along the way we found we weren't far wrong. However, a sprinkle of 'McCarthur Magic' was all it took to get things back on track! We were kept up to date with progress, viewing feedback and reassurance at points when we felt (as many people selling will experience) a little apprehensive about the process of selling/how long it may take to sell.
