MacArthur Scott have been great with guiding us through the whole process of obtaining our first mortgage. They have been extremely supportive and explained to whole process simply without throwing lots of legal jargon . Chloe and Fiona have always been open and honest with our options with securing our first mortgage. They have never overloaded us with information and have always been very quick to respond to any questions we had. They also provided us with property solicitors without the pressure of using them . Not only did they provide us with the property solicitor, they liaised with them to create a seamless process. We never once doubted their expertise and could rely upon them 100%. They also liaised with our seller’s estate agent when action was required to secure the property. We highly recommend McArthur Scott when looking to secure a mortgage and would consider using them to sell our property when the time comes to upgrade to a bigger home thanks to their great customer service. Thank you again to Chloe and Fiona for supporting us and being so kind to us during this exciting and stressful chapter of our life .

I couldn’t recommend McArthur Scott highly enough. I approached them unsure if I was in a position to buy or not with the savings I had for my first home. We believe that they genuinely care about customer satisfaction and really bent over backwards to make us feel at ease and in good hands every step of the way. Any little - naturally inevitable - bump that emerged with the moving process was ironed out easily and handled with efficiency/expertise. We knew it was a massive ask but the team done everything possible to get this over the line.
