What can I say, an absolute flawless service, selling my house, provided by the Team at Leaders. Richard, the Regional Support Manager, provided a professional enthusiastic approach from point of valuation to the point where the House came on market, with effective communication at every step. Upon the House going on the Market, Val, the Sales Manager and Megan, the Negotiator, provided great communication from the off regarding viewings. Once a Buyer had been found, Val and Megan, were a beacon of support. Val particularly enabled a solid communication link between myself and the Buyer that allowed for the selling process to run almost seamlessly. A practically stress free experience, owed wholly to this fantastic Team. I thoroughly recommend to anyone looking to sell in the Gosport Area to sell through Leaders.

In a world where the demand for properties are high as a prospective buyer or tenant you can be left feeling like just a number and unimportant. Leaders Gosport don't make you feel like that and that makes them stand out from the competition. They treat their customers as people, they did a viewing when it suited me. Helen has a fantastic team and Holly who was my letting agent was incredibly friendly and reassuring during the entire process. As a first time tenant I was incredibly nervous but Holly reassured me every step of the way with constant communication. I felt involved with every step of the process and was a completely pleasant experience. I only wish I started with Leaders from the very start. Whenever I next move I intend to go through them. If you want friendly warm service paired with efficient service then Leaders are the estate agent to go to!

Unfortunately we got stitched up , we bought and apartment on the agreement that the balcony doors would be sorted. After exchange the doors were still not sorted. I was accused by leaders and their maintenance team of breaking them which has made me look like the bad guy. In these times when everyone is struggling with the pandemic and the cost of the living people shouldn't have to put up with stress created by others who do not take responsibility.

I would like to say that I really cannot rate Helen Smith highly enough, she has just been amazingly helpful to us both, with enquiries about rental issues and finding us excellent tenants over the years. Absolutely excellent customer service and Helen actually goes above and beyond her role, she actually takes time to listen and her advice has been absolutely invaluable. Highly professional and literally nothing is too much trouble for her at all. I have had other rental agencies contact me but would never leave Leaders. Also to say the other staff in the branch are really excellent, always helpful and willing to help. Would recommend with no hesitation at all.
