OMG! such a relief to have worked with the Gosport team. Helen and Chloe have both been professional, efficient and brilliant at their jobs. Our decision to go with Leaders over all other we contacted was their professionalism, the no hidden surprises or fees and how they made us feel at ease from the outset. Best decision ! We knew Helen was the one when she came and did the valuation on our house. She was professional, seemed honest and thorough (told us all the things we needed to get the house ready). Nevertheless, when I called the other competitor to tell them we were going with Leaders, they wooed me by sharing statistics (which I now believe must have been fabricated.) We did not like the vibe we were getting from the other lettings agents. They were nonchalant and evasive when we asked questions. When they finally found a tenant, and we told them we did not want to use the no deposit option, they told us the tenants may not want to rent the property again. We waited for a response; however, a week later we still had not received any updates from them. With my tail between my legs, I called Helen, and she graciously accepted us as clients. Helen, offered to pick up the keys from the competitor - very gutsy! Within two days she found us tenants, and worked assiduously to ensure the property was ready for the tenants. With Helen, I felt like she actually cared about finding tenants for us. She went out of her way to ensure the property was ready in time for occupancy. We are now in the United States, and even with a five hour time difference, Helen always responded to my questions in a timely manner. She even gave me her number, so I could contact her outside office hours. You really cannot ask for more than that! If you are looking for a professional, diligent, honest and thorough, lettings agent, I highly recommend Helen at Leaders Gosport. She is the best!

As landlords, we have been using Leaders Gosport for letting multiple proporties in the area for more than twenty years. The lettings team there have been fantastic for us in going the extra mile on many occasions. Other letting agents in the area (and believe me we have tried several of them), just can't compete. The team at Leaders have even been happy to use their knowledge of the local market to advise us on major refurbishment plans. They have helped us pinpoint where we should and should not be spending our refurb budget - even down to choosing the best colours for carpets and walls. This has not only been invaluable in helping us to protect and enhance our investments, but also to help us provide quality rental properties that are tailored to the needs and realities of the local market. A particular shout out to Helen, Chloe and Holly in the Gosport branch, who have all been amazing in equal mesaure. They never seem to fail at finding us quality tenants who seem to appreciate our efforts to provide quality accommodation, in great condition. Great work ladies!

Absolutely outstanding service, Jessica worked extra to show us around the property we ended purchasing due to our 3.5 hour commute timing was tight. Valerie kept us updated constantly ans was an absolute star regarding communication between the chain of solicitors and estate agents. Valerie also promptly sorted out retrieving the keys to our new property when a mix up had occurred at hand over. I would highly recommend leaders as the service is absolutely perfect and everyone is extremely friendly which also helps during stressful situations 😀

When I phoned and spoke to Chloe she was so warm and helpful. She had heard my difficulty trying to even view a property to rent before they had been reserved. I was reluctant to sell our home of 31 years but knew the time was right.
