I rent a property through leaders, first property I've ever rented and mostly a very positive experience. Katie has been my main source of contact the whole time and helps me communicate with the landlord and keeps everything organized. Jess and her team were amazing with our house sale. Took amazing photos of our house and sold it very quickly. When we changed the rooms around she came back straight away to re take more photos. They all kept us up to date with any info and we were in undated with views. They were professional and as it was during covid they and the viewers all wore masks and gloves, so that the house stayed clean. We had a unwell vulnerable baby and they made sure they did all they could to touch minimal in the house minimising any spread. In the past we have been told just to book a viewing and then it was hard to get any information from those agencies; but Leader Gosport were such a wonderful surprise. My husband and I used Leaders to sell our house. For what can be a very stressful experience, it was made much easier by Valery Child at Leaders in Fareham/Gosport. The process from start to finish was smooth. We were kept up to date and our emails and phone calls were returned within a good time frame. We had the usual; people interested then changing their minds, low offers etc etc. Valery was by our side for all of it and was supportive and offered good advice when requested. It makes a difference when the person feels connected and wanting the best for you, that was how Valery operates. The whole team at Leaders were polite and did a great job, but should you get the chance to use their services, keep your fingers crossed that you get the lovely and wonderful Valery!

I have nothing to give other than positive feedback to leaders. Jess came out and valued my mums property, and she valued it At a really good price, and we actually achieved the asking price. From there on I dealt with Val, who’s was incredible, she kept me informed, up to date, and helped me chase up solicitors. We managed to sell the property (an offer was put in the same day it went on the market) within 6 months of it being put up for sale. Thank you very much to Jess and Val, for being efficient, and patient, I’m grateful to you both for making an otherwise sad sale of my mums house that little bit more positive. Well where do i start, this review is more focused on certain individuals than as a company. I am a big believer of buying from people, i would much rather spend a bit more for better quality of service. Two people i would like to say massive thank you, and huge love and respect for are Jess the senior sales manager and Charles the mortgage advisor. Jess is that person you want in your life to always make you smile no matter how you are feeling, every time i called to speak with Jess, she was always so happy and energetic (not in annoying way) she made me smile! Always happy to take my call, answer any questions i had, no matter how annoyingly small they was and i always felt happy after getting off the phone. Charles, what can i say apart from this guy is the guru of support and knowledge when it comes to mortgages. He had great patience, confidence in every answer he gave me and was a pleasure to talk with. Both Jess and Charles combined is everything you want when purchasing a house. I have not had an easy life, i suffer from Bi-polar and BPD which if you know anything about are very difficult mental health conditions to live with. If i dont even like the tone of some ones voice and feel they are being rude and abrupt it can set my head off. Neither Jess or Charles know this about me and why should they, they both treated me with nothing but respect, very professional and at all times making me feel like an individual. With their great support, mannerisms and caring nature. I can honestly say, if it wasnt for both of them i would not of bought my house. For 31 years i have had to do everything on my own, now for this first time i had help and i couldnt of asked for 2 people better than Jess and Charles.
