I have rented multiple properties within Portsmouth through multiple agencies and this has been by far the smoothest and most communicative agency I have had. We've had a brilliant experience with procuring a mortgage through Leaders. Charles, our advisor, did an incredible job of helping us get a mortgage during a very difficult time (both due to COVID-19 and a very wonky property market). We were at wits end, but Charles was incredibly diligent and, amazingly, was able to get a mortgage. Great communication throughout, and we are so pleased with every element of the service.
