I have been a contractor with Leaders Fareham for 18 month and like the other Leaders branches I work for, I find the property management team in Gosport communicate really well and appear to have their landlords best interests as a priority. I find all the team at Gosport friendly and approachable and can highly recommend Kate to prospective landlords.

Charlotte has been exceptional whilst we have been trying to purchase a property from them. The process has been difficult through no fault of the agents and throughout Charlotte has kept us informed at every stage. Leaders Gosport branch is made up of a fabulous and supportive team! First time ever viewing an apartment on Tuesday and Anna was more than helpful answering questions I had about the property and what the next step was! As soon as I saw Inside the apartment I knew I wanted it. The moment I got to leaders I was met with welcoming smiles from the whole team. Chloe dealt with all the admin paperwork brilliantly and again answered all of my questions of what’s next etc! She is an absolute star! I would definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

Leaders by name…lovely by nature! As soon as I walked into Leaders Estate Agents in Gosport I was made to feel extremely welcome. I was greeted by Valery, we sat down and discussed what sort of house I was after....big rooms, tall ceilings, with a bit of character, I said. She knew exactly what I was after and made an appointment to go and see a place that I might like. The next day we met at the property (the one I picked), it was nice...but, there was a” but” about it! Valery said there was another place that she wanted me to see, so off we went to view it. As soon as I stepped into the house I was absolutely gob smacked, it had everything! Valery had found me the house of my dreams and she knew it (before I’d even seen it), she had found me everything I wanted in a home! Throughout the buying process Valery put me at ease and talked me through every step of the way. She always had lots of time for me and quickly resolved any issues that arose with solicitors and other estate agents, who compared to her, looked quite amateur. If ever I called and Valery was out of office, Jessica (nice handbag) dealt with any questions I had and she knew everything about my purchase and couldn’t do enough to help. Once back in the office Valery would call me out of courtesy and listened carefully to all of my concerns. If I ever asked to see the property Alex was always there bang on time to meet me and show me around again, and again, and again. She’s got the patience of a saint! When it came to chasing estate agents and solicitors about what was happening with the purchase and sale of my house, Steph went above and beyond and did an amazing job. She called me when there was new information or at least once a week to keep me in the loop. Everyone that I spoke to or dealt with at Leaders was very professional and made the experience of buying my house an amazing one. There’s only one downside now...I wish I had enough money to buy another house with the ladies from Leaders. They really do care about their customers and I was always made to feel so welcome when I popped in with a silly question or needed to borrow an iPhone charger. You’re all so lovely, thank you!
