I couldn't be happier with the service I've received from Katie as my property manager. She is always friendly, approachable, and incredibly helpful, making what can sometimes be a stressful process feel straightforward and well managed. She consistently finds competitive quotes for any work that needs doing and does an excellent job of following everything through to completion. I always feel confident that things are being handled properly. When I raise a question or concern, she takes the time to investigate thoroughly and comes back with a clear response. Nothing ever seems too much trouble. It's reassuring to know my property is in such capable hands.

Absolutely outstanding service, Jessica worked extra to show us around the property we ended purchasing due to our 3.5 hour commute timing was tight. Valerie kept us updated constantly ans was an absolute star regarding communication between the chain of solicitors and estate agents. Valerie also promptly sorted out retrieving the keys to our new property when a mix up had occurred at hand over. I would highly recommend leaders as the service is absolutely perfect and everyone is extremely friendly which also helps during stressful situations 😀

Holly has been absolutely amazing the two times we have rented through Leaders! When I phoned and spoke to Chloe she was so warm and helpful. She had heard my difficulty trying to even view a property to rent before they had been reserved. Chloe really sympathised and took time to understand the situation and what I required and the timeframe needed. I would like to say a huge thankyou to the lovely ladies and team at Leaders for making this whole house selling process less painful for me. I was reluctant to sell our home of 31 years but knew the time was right. Jessica was very reassuring and so lovely when she came out to see us, she put me at ease and talked me through everything and she definately knows what she is talking about.
