Property had previously been let by Leaders and was then put on the market for sale with them. From start to finish Jessica at the Gosport office and her team have been great. Setting up the contract, with a favourable commission rate was easy, great photos and marketing. We were kept up to date regularly as to viewings and achieved a sale very quickly. From there We were still regularly updated with the process and used their recommended local solicitors. Along with Jessica we also had a dedicated after sales team member who liased with both ours and the purchasers solicitors ensuring a smooth transaction. Exchange now done with a completion date set and still Jessica is advising us of events. It is important to feel valued in a property sale process from start to finish and Jessica with her team have done this. I would recommemd Leaders for the sale of your property.

I had a difficult start to my ‘let only’ tenancy in Gosport, sourced through Leaders. Turned out the landlord’s representations about their property - its being cleaned between tenants etc. - were far from reality when I actually moved in. And some electrics were in a parlous state and the washing machine plumbing was awry. A lot of ‘let only’ agencies would have washed their hands of the situation. However, Leaders felt a strong duty of care toward me as a tenant they’d placed and didn't abandon me, instead they went above and beyond financial or contractual obligations in bringing their influence to bear on the landlord, and helping my negotiations with him until everything was sorted out. So a five star redemption for doing the right thing, and caring for their tenants, with diplomacy, friendliness, consideration and commitment.

Very helpful and friendly service, They let us know what when and how long we had to wait for the keys, We even got a welcome packet with the keys when we finalized the paperwork They have a 24/7 hour help line for any issues that might arise too Would recommend them to anyone.......!! Well after being with them for a year, they have been the exact opposite of what I have described above Won't help us move to another property Even though we have been looking for another property over 6 months They inform potential landlords that we are a liability when they know we have a neighbor from hell That's after they take the money from us to secure another property first Then they cut off our gas and electric supply along with other utilities and deny they have done it! Now we know that the landlord knew about the neighbor as we know people who knew the previous tenants of the same property and had the same issues as us They are only out to get there commission and don't even come out to do inspections Not as good as they initially made themselves to be Just be careful when using letting agents as they are only out to get there cut so it seems

Avoid Leaders at all cost!! Me and my fiancé have been renting with leaders for just over a year and have had nothing but issues. We moved in end of November 2020 and by the second week of December I was admitted into hospital with a bad chest infection due to our heating not working and leaders dragging their feet with getting it fixed. We have had 6/7 months of no working bathroom light or extraction fan which turned out it just needed a fuse changing but they didn't even think to look into that. We have had mice in the loft and the exterminators out every month or so to check it as there was over 100 living up there. Our shower has only just been replaced even though I put in about it being broken months ago. We also have a mold problem where we had no fan and has cause my asthma to be bad. In September they said they were happy for us to renew our contract but wanted to raise our rent by about £30 a month and when we pointed out all the issues we have been having and the effects it's had on my health they decided to send us a section 21 notice just 9 days later now leaving us homeless while we wait for our new property which is being adapted as I have become disabled in recent months. I also believe our landlord just wanted the extra money to pay for his brand new 21 plate car. I would never use leaders again. They also never bother responding to emails and when you call them and get told you'll get a call back that day your still chasing them 3 days later.

I have have partnered with Leaders (Gosport branch) for nearly 10 years and could not be happier with the service that they have provided. They have found me great tenants for my property, efficiently resolved maintenance matters, and generally negotiated fair market value for (for both the tenant and myself - I believe it’s vital that BOTH parties have a good deal!!).
