Couldn't fault the help of Jesscia, Alex and Val during the process of buying a property through leaders. Unfortunately we did have to pull out of our purchase due to reason out of there control, which was very stressful for myself and my partner. But I would like to add that Jessica was brilliant at giving us some information that we requested to claim back some money for the searches and home buyers survey that we'd paid for, we took insurance out right at the beginning of the process. Which I'm glad we did now and would recommend anyone to do just in case you end up in the situation we found ourselves in in the latter stages of the purchase.

I was going to purchase a property through Leaders earlier this year but unfortunately the sale fell through due to the tenants refusing to leave. I'm giving them 4 stars because the letting agents who were managing this weren't able to give me tangible updates so I had to pull out. However, the Sale's team and in particular, Val was amazing throughout the whole process. I cannot recommend her enough. She was understanding, professional and tried to keep me in the loop as much as possible. I would recommend Val and the Sale's team to anyone trying to buy a house. I spent 5 months chatting the team and no question regardless how trivial bothered them and they were happy to help anyway they could. 5/5 on their side of things.

I honestly wouldn't bother going anywhere else if you're looking to sell your property. I have used other local agents in the past and I didn't always get the best service or price they promised. We purchased our property 4 years ago through Leaders and were impressed by the service they provided. When the time came to sell we therefore asked Leaders for a quote on price and service to market and sell the property. Theirs was the best quote and within a short time the property had been visited and a draft marketing brochure produced for our approval. The property was then swiftly placed on the market, viewings took place, and within a month a firm offer was made. Leaders staff were thorough, professional, provided good advice, helpful, returned calls quickly, and provided prompt updates throughout the sales process.

My experience with leaders was fantastic! I was looking for a new home for me and my little girl,I saw loads of property’s with different agents,and nothing was really coming off the back of it,then I booked a couple of viewings with leaders and Charlotte turned up to show me around,none of those were suitable for me and my daughter,I described to Charlotte the sort of property I was looking for and she got the eye for exactly what I was after.within days she was in contact and advised me to view a certain property which was absolutely perfect! I have been working on a property where Leaders were involved with getting the repair work organised, I was onsite when their maintenance guy turned up onsite to check the parts. He was there 5 mins and didn't check correctly, shrugged his shoulders and said not his problem , then Leaders billed the clients hundreds of pounds. Updated since you responded with a bot - this just shows you dont care with your standard response.

We used Leaders Gosport to sell our late Nan's house and was recommend Jessica in the office by a friend. After speaking with a few other agents in the local town and having them out to value the property it was then clear Jessica and her team were the best agent to use. The service we received was just above and beyond. The house sold quickly and they chased it through to the end with regular updates.
