Jessica and Val gently advise, given their substantial experience and knowledge of the area, but they very wisely step back, are patient and don't press and let us, as the vendor, explain what we hope to achieve from the process and will allow the time for us to realise that perhaps their guidance is key to a successful sale. Vanessa Dickson (our property manager) has helped us soo much these past few months when all was going wrong in the flat and quickly resolved the issues. A few months ago we had an issue with one of the external contractors who was extremely rude when coming to our flat, we expressed our distress with Vanessa and she was soo helpful and understanding and got us an amazing company who we love. GoogleI didn't buy from Leaders however I have just used their mortgage advisor, Charles, and I can't recommend him enough! I'm a first time buyer, buying on my own and didn't have a clue where to start but Charles explained everything clearly and sorted my mortgage quickly (difficult as a single buyer during a pandemic) - he's also always been super easy to get in contact with and always kept me up to date with how my application was going!
