GoogleLeaders sent a someone to fix our apartment turns out he was not qualified to do so . Leaders blamed us for causing the damage - we since got in a professional and their report has stated the original repair was sub standard. No apology from leaders.

GoogleI popped into the Gosport branch, to enquire about a property I'd seen in the window, as I was passing. The lady I spoke to jessica on sales was not only knowledgeable but warm, friendly and very understanding. I felt as though I could comfortably ask my silly questions without being judged, as I had been in a competitors near by. A true customer service orientated Estate agents at last.

GoogleAVOID. Money grabbing agency, with no regard to landlords or renters. Charged both parties unexpected and nonsense fees upon moving out. If you do still consider renting through them, then please request an in-depth moving-in inventory report as I can assure you the moving-out inventory is THOROUGH. Expect charges for damages that were already there.

GoogleWe were fortunate enough to buy the home we had been renting for the last 3yrs. We had a number of issues getting a mortgage and the entire process took nearly 6 months to complete. Jess @ Leaders was always supportive, happy to help in terms of managing expectations between ourselves and the sellers and with the solicitors with regards to getting the conveyencing through to the end.
