GoogleDon't vet offers properly, asked me to show someone around (that's literally their job) and their conveyancer is an absolute shambles. Avoid if you are selling your house.

GoogleWe recently purchased a house through John Francis Gorseinon.I wonder why would anyone sell their property with these people, if they have a choice?Totally disinterested, unhelpful, slow ,zero personal involvement, zero care.The difference between them and the company I was selling with is enormous. Glad it's over .

GoogleBoth Mags and Davina at the Gorseinon office were incredibly helpful. Their knowledge of the local area was far better than other Estate Agents I had spoken too, which in turn meant I got a better sale price for which I am obviously very grateful.
