Roger was extremely helpful - he was the only person amongst the two estate agents and solicitors (we were selling as well...) that I felt was really keeping a close eye on things and making sensible update calls.
His advice was much appreciated and felt in safe hands. Seymours were the agents that noticed that things could get tight and took the initiative to sort out the completion date at the critical juncture.

Any issues raised were promptly addressed and the maintenance team who fixed issues were also very professional. My husband and I have rented over 13 properties between us and Seymours were definitely the most professional and helpful we have experienced. While we did have to agree to pay for an independent inventory clerk and professional clean this did save us time when we moved into our next home. Thanks Seymours!
