About Seymours Godalming

Having been established for more than twenty four years, we are an AWARD-WINNING, INDEPENDENT ESTATE AGENT situated in the heart of Godalming with a further network of sixteen local offices in West Surrey and state of the art Property Centre in Park Lane, London (virtually opposite Marble Arch) providing us with direct access to the lucrative London and international investor markets. I would highly recommend Seymours! Andy was very friendly and helpful throughout the process of purchasing my first home and was happy to answer the hundreds of questions I had. Excellent customer service and the team clearly care about their customers (including staying open after closing time so that I could still collect my keys on the day of completion when I was late!)

From the first day meeting Hugh at a viewing to the dealings with Lottie in the office I found their service extremely helpful & professional. Hugh went above and beyond to help me find the right property and kept me informed all the way. Even after moving in, they organised tradesmen to sort the issues I had without any fuss. After a stressful few days in the area trying to find an apartment to rent with no luck, I went into Seymours Godalming as a last resort! Hugh went out of his way to show us a property that fitted my requirements immediately and I absolutely loved it. I've been a private tenant for many years and have rented both directly and through a variety of agents. I can't praise Seymour's enough for their customer service and efficiency. I'm lucky in that the property we've rented through them for the past five years was in top condition when we moved in. Both they and the landlord have been immediately responsive when any issues have arisen, (which, to be fair, hasn't been that often.) All safety and standards checks are regularly carried out by appointment. Staff are responsive, friendly and polite. Very highly recommended.

Very friendly and helpful team working here who were pro-active and efficient when finding me a place to rent in the Godalming area, especially Lottie who was my Lettings Agent. Stewart and his team were fantastic and I'd recommend them to anyone. We purchased a property through them in Spring 2017 and they acted very professionally to make sure that everyone was aware of what was going on and made sure that our requests and negotiations were clearly communicated to the vendor. If and when we come to sell, we'll definitely be asking them for a quote.
