About Seymours Godalming
Having been established for more than twenty four years, we are an AWARD-WINNING, INDEPENDENT ESTATE AGENT situated in the heart of Godalming with a further network of sixteen local offices in West Surrey and state of the art Property Centre in Park Lane, London (virtually opposite Marble Arch) providing us with direct access to the lucrative London and international investor markets. We are the ONLY Estate Agent in Godalming to be awarded membership of the Guild of Professional Estate Agents, a body that is dedicated to, and expects, the highest standards of professionalism and customer service. Our three partners, Stewart Palmer, Ian Bond and Nick Lees are supported by a dynamic team with over 80 years combined experience and have an outstanding track record in delivering a residential sales and lettings service. We specialise in Selling AND Letting all types of property in Godalming and the surrounding villages (GU7,GU8, GU3,1) from town centre apartments to 'chocolate box' cottages and from bungalows to country estates. As a Company we are delighted sponsor Macmillan Cancer Support and Cherry Trees (a local charity that provide home from home respite care for children and young people with severe learning and physical disabilities). To date we have now raised over £30,000. We are proud also to support various local events and in particular Farncombe Youth Football Club (FYFC). We are extremely proud to have been awarded BEST MEDIUM ESTATE AGENT 2011, BEST MULTI BRANCH ESTATE AGENT 2012, BEST PRESENTATION & MARKETING 2013, BEST PRESENTATION & MARKETING 2014 and THE MAYORS AWARD 2015 at the Surrey Property Awards. Unlike other industry awards they are not judged by a panel, but by the votes and comments cast by the public. In addition to being members of The Guild of Professional Estate Agents, with their international network of over 750 Independent Estate Agent offices, we are bound by a code of ethics for your peace of mind via membership of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), The Property Ombudsman (TPO) and West Surrey Association of Surveyors, Auctioneers and Estate Agents (WSA).
