Andy and the team have been very helpful with any issues throughout the sale to make sure the process went as smoothly as possible both on my behalf and the purchaser. I sold my Godalming based property through Seymours and they were fantastic. I wouldn't use anyone else. Tom Miles led the listing of my property. He explained the process very clearly, ensured we listed at the right price for the market, and got high quality photos taken to make our property attractive for the right buyer. We accepted an offer within two weeks at asking price. Andy Crossley then dealt with the property from the acceptance of the offer through to exchange/completion and I can confidently say it wouldn't have gone through without him. We had a lot of difficulties with our ongoing purchase in what turned out to be a very long period between us agreeing our sale and finally sorting out our purchase. Throughout, Andy not only helped with keeping our buyers informed with transparent and honest communications, but he went above and beyond to help advise and unblock problems with our purchase. He's friendly, easy to deal with and very clearly acts with good intentions for both buyer and seller to make the process as smooth as possible. As I said, with Andy the process would've failed multiple times. I can't thank Tom, Andy and the whole of the Seymours team enough for the efforts selling our home. I would 100% recommend them if you're looking to sell your property.

Seymours provided excellent assistance with the sale of our property during the last year. It was in a state of disrepair so was a 'challenging' property to market and promote but they did it without hesitation and the viewings were always enjoyable (my brother and myself were always around when they took place) but also positive and encouraging. They always followed up the viewings to measure the level of genuine interest and we were always able to discuss the outcomes and any tips for helping future viewings to be improved upon. We had a brief glitch in the journey when an intended buyer didn't really move on pushing through with the purchase but within 2 weeks of ending that arrangement, another buyer came in at the price we had set as our satisfactory level and it proceeded smoothly from that point onwards. Thanks to Ian and the team for their help with this and I'd definitely recommend Seymours to anyone wanting to sell their property. I've had experience with some other estate agents which were beyond hopeless, in terms of their communication and their actually valuing of you as a client. The significant benefit of going with Seymours was that they communicated well with me and, even if we weren't always in agreement on 'next steps', they respected my wishes and pushed on with what we wanted.

A great experience with this company. Adam Boshoff handled the sale of my property and guided this novice seller through the process with patience, skill and great knowledge. Due to the type of property and planning requirements, this was not an uncomplicated transaction but everything Adam advised showed to be correct and the sale completed within the expected timeframe. As a landlord I also dealt with the Lettings department of this company for many years and always had a great experience with Nick, Lynn and the team. I'd give more than 5 stars if it was possible.
