Excellent estate agents. Instructed Gascoigne Pees (Worcester Park branch) on both a house purchase and house sale. The team went over and beyond throughout the whole process. They were adaptable re pricing given changes in housing market and also suggested local firms of solicitors to use. Great team, professional and personable. Would use them again and again. Fully recommend and massive thank you!

Worst organised letting company. I have several properties that I use letting agents to manage. By far, Gascoigne-Pees are the worst. They charge for everything despite me paying for full managed property they make additional charges for anything they do. They consistently fail to do anything that they say they will do. Their different departments don't communicate with each other. They give letting/estate agents a bad name.

GoogleAs an inexperienced one-property landlord, the help I have had from Gascoigne Pees Godalming lettings team throughout has been invaluable. First from Jack Marvin, who explained every detail and steered me through the each initial step with his always reassuring advice. Then Daisy Yerrell, who despite having not one but two branches under her care, went out of her way to make sure I was fully informed, talking me through the final process of getting my tenant in even when she was meant to be still on holiday. Everyone else I have spoken to either in the branch or on the phone has also been super-helpful, and I certainly feel confident that my flat is in good hands.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

GoogleFantastic customer service, friendly and attentive! As soon as I registered an interest in my current flat, they instantly responded, giving extremely helpful advice and information, sending a well recorded virtual tour and arranging a viewing for the following day. They were even flexible with this slot, and allowed me to change it. After deciding that this property was the one for me, they processed my paperwork immediately, despite it being the Christmas holidays. Since then, they have further demonstrated their professionalism, in going above and beyond to make my move as smooth as possible, even when broadband issues presented themselves, and attending to repair requests in the same quick and helpful manner. 10/10 would recommend, and I will continue to use this letting agency in the future.

My rental move was made easy, I had someone always available for questions and I found the process simple, professional and approachable. I felt I was heard as a prospective tenant, listened to and patronising or cold interaction which I have experienced before with some property agents, were not felt with Gascoigne Pees.

Deposit: I rented an apartment for over 1.5 years (small studio flat), I got it dirty, including the tools left in it, the walls were unpainted, full of dust and paint smeared on door frames, doors, etc. I gave away the apartment, which was very clean and practically ready for rent. For this, my deposit was charged with enormous amounts that are far from reality. The cost of painting was £600, cleaning £180 etc. for a studio flat which was beautifully cleaned. Even on the report they could not distinguish the pink cube in the water in the toilet that cleans from the scale in the water from the scale in the water. I consider it extortion and fraud. Unprofessional team and lack of trust in this company including the deposit management company.

I am extremely disappointed with this agency’s lack of transparency and professionalism. They made adjustments quietly, leaving me to discover the increase on my own. This kind of practice feels untrustworthy. I cannot recommend them based on my experience.

GoogleWill and Nadine are tenacious, they worked extremely hard to stay in touch, provide guidance and support throughout the entire process - and they were the agent we were buying through rather than selling through! I would absolutely recommend them, and will be using them myself if I am in the position of selling and moving in the future. Great work guys! Thank you so much!!

This company are very disappointing to deal with. They are extremely difficult to get hold of and when you do finally get a response that response is brief and lacks the professional knowledge you would hope for when spending large amounts of money through them.

GoogleHad a ‘Sold’ sign dumped on my property and called Gascoigne-Pees several times to ask for this to be removed. Each time they promised someone would be along shortly to collect. Been about a month or so and still they haven’t come to collect this.

GoogleImpossible to speak to anyone by phone. Even after emailing and leaving voicemail messages, there is no response. My tenants who are moving out have also not been able to get anywhere with them. We need to finalise various things with Gascoigne Pees and it seems no one is willing to help.

GoogleI am so glad I selected Gascoigne-Pees in Godalming to handle my house sale. They kept a clear focus on what I wanted throughout the process, and seem to have a team of diplomats when managing some tricky negotiation bits. Hats off to Neil Weston in this regard!

GoogleAll in all, i am very happy with how GP have handled my property so far. Unfortunately however, due to a member of staff leaving there was a few small hiccups in terms of communication, but once we were back on course it was smooth sailing. I am working overseas and the time difference was a little frustrating at times, but the remaining staff in the office were polite and cheerful and helped me every step of the way. well done guys, thank you very much!

Extremely unprofessional estate agency - south west London area. I literally felt harassed on the telephone to provide my email and phone number when I was only enquiring about a property, not even trying to view it. It was a man on the other end and he made me feel very uneasy. I will not be looking at properties with them ever since they would have my home address too. It's an appalling industry.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
