We have absolutely loved working with Roy and the team at Movearound! Always available for whenever you need to ask any questions or need something sorted! Everyone is so friendly and helpful and they will always be our first point of contact if we decide to move back into the area! We highly recommend anyone looking to rent to go and chat to Roy about what's available! Absolutely brilliant letting agency!

I recently instructed O'Connell Property Agents to sell a BTL property that needed some modernisation. Roy and Adam provided a 1st Class service from the first meeting to the date the property was sold. A wealth of experience and using their contacts within the area they were able to promote my property to the right audience. Always kept me updated on progress and I will definitely be using them in the future and recommending them to my family and friends.

We decided to try an agent that wasn't local to where our house was situated. We have to say that our experience has been one that we wholeheartedly repeat should it be needed. The whole service, from start to finish has been excellent, nothing was too much trouble, even when sales fell through, they were always there to help, advise and ultimately seen us through. We know that whilst there maybe cheaper options available, we have experienced the service from such an agent, and I can see that you get what you pay for! We can honestly say that we definitely recommend the whole team at O'Connell, and would expect that you would be extremely happy with the service you will receive.

O'Connell in Gloucester are a professional estate agent, yet easy to talk whilst providing honest and constructive advice. We felt very supported throughout the whole process and listened to. No pressure from them either. We was made to feel that our property was important rather than 'just another property' which was a different outcome with some other local estate agents we had tried previously, who had failed to get us many viewings over a long period of time. O'Connell was recommended to us from some other people who also had a good experience with them. We cannot recommend this company enough. They complimented our property with the photos, video and presented it as it was. Totally impressed with them from start to finish. They achieved what they said they would for us, sold quickly and got the asking price whilst keeping us updated throughout. Great work! It's nice to finally find an estate agent to feel confident with and put your trust in them to do a good job!

Having been looking for a while and everything getting let in a couple of weeks it was refreshing to meet Ryan. I had endured a number of agents indifferent to my needs, or particularly interested. Ryan organsied a tour of three potential properties, listened to my situation and needs. These are the people you want to deal with.

Excellent service. Our man (Olie) was very responsive, returned calls without fail. I had an issue with our removal date and he moved heaven and earth for us to make it work for me. I also had issues with the ‘Goodlord’ website, he was very helpful with this also. A very personable chap who made me feel like he cared. Highly recommend! 5 Stars.

I have been 110% happy with O'Connell property agents. From the first meeting with Roy to appraise my house, the ongoing support from the team, being flexible around my changing personal circumstances to getting the sale of my property over the line has been amazing. Communication remained great throughout the whole process. The team remained professional and friendly at all times. I can't thank O'Connells enough and would certainly recommend this estate agent. Well done to the O'Connell's team!
