Worked with O'Connell Property agents for many years and they have always been very helpful and quick to respond to issues. Adam Atcha has been managing my property and has been very proactive and helpful in resolving issues and providing alternative solutions. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to manage or sell your property. Nothing but a positive experience and I've been using them since 2006.

Roy sold my flat with complete professionalism, understanding and competence. Him and the team would return emails and calls within the hour, if not almost imminently - this was really great and showed that they care about their clients. Roy would regularly give me and the buyer updates on the sale, this helped keep everyone in the loop. The team at O'Connell were really accommodating when arranging viewings and went out their way to meet me to hand over keys and documents. I couldn't recommend Roy and the team more, they would be my first call to an Estate Agent in the future. Thanks for the work you all did.

A small yet exceptional team of property agents offering first class advice and expertise in rental properties. All agents offer friendly and personal attention to detail to ensure your rental of a new property runs both effortlessly and smoothly. Many thanks to Roy, Faye, Adam and Chris for all your help, and especially to Adam- who is simply the best and who I can highly recommend to anyone. Well done.

From offering to completion I benefited from a professional and thorough service. Chris was in touch frequently to ensure I was totally happy with how things were progressing - going above and beyond normal service. I will be asking O'Connell's to provide a tenant sourcing service for me and wouldn't go anywhere else! I would 100% recommend this agent for your property requirements

Roy was absolutely amazing. He was somehow able to drive the entire processes for all parties in the chain. This ensured that everything that needed to be done got done. Without him, I am sure things would not have been anywhere near as smooth. If you are looking for an estate agent that will go above and beyond for you, stop looking! You have just found them.

Adam was absolutely lovely! He was easy to contact and answered all of my questions patiently . Although the house we visited wasn’t fully what we were looking for, he was very professional and went above and beyond for a last minute viewing. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and he’s a tribute to your estate agency!

A bungalow was purchased through this Company, and the service was 1st rate. So when we wanted to sell our flat in Cheltenham, they were our 1st choice. Adam was in contact on a weekly basis keeping us up to date with the process & liaising with the lawyers on both sides. Would recommend this Company.

If you are selling or buying a house, you HAVE to go with o'connells. I cannot recommend them enough. Every member of staff we spoke to were excellent, especially Chris. So helpful, always available, updated on WhatsApp every step of the way. There for advice and helped with issues further on the chain aswell. After dealing with other estate agents in the county and seeing how poorly they treat clients, these guys are way ahead of the game. I have been singing their praises to friends all the way through and especially now our house has completed. Thankyou so much o'connells.

Roy has been really helpful and proactive managing my Mum's recent purchase of a retirement apartment. He went above and beyond in dealing with a seller's solicitor who was less than engaged in the process and made a potentially difficult time as easy as it could have been.
