Have dealt with Roy before and always found him knowledgeable, professional and very approachable. After the initial market appraisal with Roy, Caitlin handled the viewings, negotiations and all other aspects of following the sale through to completion. I was very impressed with Caitlin who always arrived early for viewings to ‘dress’ the property and make any small tweaks to show it at its best. Wanted to send a massive thank you to Oli and team, as the estate agent for a property we were buying they were excellent throughout from the beginning to end. There was great communication, including tactfully communicating and skillfully resolving many challenges to keep the transaction on track and get us in before Christmas! The bottles of wine given on completion day and flowers they followed up with were great touches! Thank you again, would highly recommend! Having used a online estate agent (a massive mistake!) on our sale we really saw the difference and it was appreciated Oli going above and beyond.

If you are selling or buying a house, you HAVE to go with o'connells. I cannot recommend them enough. Every member of staff we spoke to were excellent, especially Chris. So helpful, always available, updated on WhatsApp every step of the way. There for advice and helped with issues further on the chain aswell. After dealing with other estate agents in the county and seeing how poorly they treat clients, these guys are way ahead of the game. I recently sold a property with Roy and his team having bought the same property from them a few years ago. They were excellent through the purchase and it made sense to go back to them as they already had experience of the house and were thorough and efficient during that process. Second time around as the seller, the experience was superb. Their communication is excellent, always ensuring I was up-to date with each stage, letting me know essential information at all times - for me, the most important part of any house sale/purchase. I recently enquired and viewed a property with O’connells and I have to say, although I did not successfully secure the property I wanted due to it having lots of interest, I was really impressed with the agent.
