if you are to vacate their properties, make sure you contact them at least two months in advance and NOT 30 days notice. If yo do not cancel within a certain time frame your 30 days notice to vacate the property will not be valid.

Awful estate agents - selling a property that wasn't even available to buy led us up the garden path after we had forked out £200 for mortgage valuation and then £600 for survey. To then be told seller hasn't even given notice to tenants worst customer service no apologies avoid at all costs!

Highly recommend. Selina and her Girls, Casey and Jessica have been fantastic through all our tenancy, always there to help, assist with any issues, and very efficient when we needed to find new home.
