Awful estate agents - selling a property that wasn't even available to buy led us up the garden path after we had forked out £200 for mortgage valuation and then £600 for survey. To then be told seller hasn't even given notice to tenants worst customer service no apologies avoid at all costs!

Hi Arran, sorry to see you felt the need to post this but I'm sure you understand the lettings process and how quick the market moves. A viewer from last night took it, just before we called everyone to cancel. I would have thought that this was a better way to do it and to inform you rather than you having a wasted journey to view something that is no longer available? I cant find you on our system so maybe it was booked under another name. Good luck with your search. Rachel (Director)

Dear Kate, I'm afraid that I am unable to find you on our system as an applicant and I can assure you that we are not in the business of "blocking" people from viewing. Until we sell a house, we work for free so it's not in our interest not to view and to sell the property. We are a business after all and have a job to complete. Selina and her Girls, Casey and Jessica have been fantastic through all our tenancy, always there to help, assist with any issues, and very efficient when we needed to find new home. The most pleasant surprise I got when I received a nappy cake as a congrats to my newborn arrival. Fantastic experience.
