I have been renting through this letting agent for almost 2 years now and it has been an amazing experience so far. The property manager Nathaniel Allibone has always being prompt with reported issues and recently made sure that an urgent repair issue was completed on time. .They take maintenance repair issues serious and are reliable to get quality services. I recommend their service to everyone.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I would never rent from this or any other associated companies ever again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. The experience I had from the time my tenancy ended until I had my deposit partially returned was nothing short of farcical. Their lack of communication and unwillingness to help or address any of my concerns made the process of moving significantly more stressful than it needed to be. They were far more interested in money, they have no desire to provide a decent service for their tenants. I ended up losing a portion of my deposit for which was completely unnecessary cleaning purely due to the fact that I was given the run around from the day I moved out. Had I not reluctantly agreed this saga would still be ongoing and I wouldn't have had any of my money returned. They repeatedly lied about the reason for a sudden increase in this pricing, refused point blank to provide an invoice, refused to listen to any concerns I had and effectively refused to discuss anything until I threatened to seek legal advice. Only then did I receive a phone call. This person was unable give any reason or address any of my concerns, and could not tell me why I was unable to have any sort of invoice. They also lied that the landlord had contacted me when he had not. Even after agreeing to pay these (illegal) cleaning fees just so I could be done with the whole situation it still took a further email and telephone call to have my money returned. Absolute joke of an agency. Avoid at all costs. If you do happen to rent with them take photographs of everything because they will use any excuse under the sun to keep your money.

If I could, I wouldn't give even one star. The agency/agent worked on behalf of one of owners, helping to delay and stalling the sales process for one owners benefit. And personal gain, as recieving money for this from said owner. Often not replying, selective replies, replying with delays once recieve instructions from other owner.

* AVOID as much as possible!Regret having had anything to do with the Downend branch.So many times they agree with you on something on the phone, but then deny it completely. Terrible service for our check-in, check-out and any communication about ending the tenancy.** DODGING a lot!I used zero deposit and they used COUNTRYWIDE to do the check-in and check-out report. The check-in report was concise and had super low-quality pictures and general comments while at the checkout they did a comprehensive bit-by-bit report with loads of dodgy comments on issues with furniture that existed before! Even of the things that were not mentioned in the check-in report. They tried to make a big claim for a deposit based on this!

Thus far we are very happy with the care and attention that Natalie from TaylorsCountrywide Oxford has provided. When faced in taking over the Agency of a flat with sever mould problems, which has been ignored for months by the previous Agency- Natalie jumped in to move things forward with the landlord and get things fixed. The problems are not fixed as of yet- so I am hopeful, but cautious in waiting for the problems to be fixed. She has been kind, attentive and understanding as we have worked with her. We are so very thankful to have an Agent who seems to care to take care of us at the renters and the landlord.

GoogleWe used TG to sell our home and their professionalism couldn’t be faulted. From Glenn taking the expert pictures, the For Sale sign/Sold sign arriving in super quick time, weekly catch up emails from Claire and Rachel, and all the admin bits done by the rest of the team I knew the sale was going to go quickly and smoothly. We are now on day 2 in our New House and the stressful part of moving is done but so much of the stress was taken away by the Team. I’m not thinking of moving anywhere in the near future but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend all at TG residential. Thanks guys xxx Mrs and Mrs Haworth-Smith

Absolutely useless and infuriating - they feed you empty promises and lies constantly saying they have done what you asked and then you realise they actually never did - over and over again rinse and repeat - they will NEVER respond to your issues with the house you rented unless it is an emergency that will damage the house never mind that it is a risk to your health unless you literally ring them up every day multiple times for 2 whole infuriating months and then eventually maybe they will do something after you say you will put in a formal complaint but not after they tried to gaslight you first saying nothing is wrong

FacebookRented a property from Selina and had nothing but issues. We were blamed for issues with the property that were not our fault and Selina tried to charge us other the top for issues with the property. We lived with an awful amount of mould and damp which affected my health as I have multiple medical conditions. All of the issues were brought up with Selina, but nothing was done about any of them. When we left we had to fill out a review form before we got our deposit back. We felt we could not be honest on this or we would not get our deposit back, so had to rate average, even though really it was very poor. It felt like this was blackmail. When you leave a property let through Selinas please ensure you take pictures and videos of everything, even hidden places, to ensure you have evidence how you left the property, incase a dispute over the deposit arises.
Selina, this is a factually correct review and we do have photos to prove that this is indeed factually correct.

The Aylesbury branch handled a single inquiry. They decided this was enough to add me to mailing lists and bombard me with spam. They have zero understanding of GDPR. Customers must opt-in for mailings. I never opted in. Their unsubscribe fails. The sending e-mail is not monitored either, so it is impossible to unsubscribe.I blame Countrywide - their owners, for inadequate oversight of their subsidiaries. Interestingly Countrywide fails to publish any public privacy policy. All major companies do so and include a clear e-mail where users can send in privacy concerns. This speaks volumes.Unless this gets sorted immediately I shall report them to the ICO where they may be subject to fines of up to 4% global revenues.

GoogleOver the last year I have been a tenant of one the properties managed by TG Residential. Whenever there has been an issue with the property TG have always been quick to respond and to find a solution. TG have made my first experience of a rental accommodation a great one; if I were to move back to the area I would definitely use them again. If you're looking for a trustworthy, reliable and friendly letting agency then choose TG Residential.

*****Avoid****_0 star I rented a flat from Taylor’s for my daughter in Bicester for 8 months. The service I received was appalling. Firstly to speak to anyone at the branch is almost impossible. Calls are never answered, and if you are lucky you may have your call answered after several attempts to contact them.When you query something you are promised a call back which never happens. I have currently been waiting for a deposit refund and still waiting when the flat has been checked over more then 3 weeks ago and I have been told £100 will be deducted from my deposit for cleaning although it was left in a better state than when I became a tenant at the property.Avoid at all costs as I am sure there are other agents out there who are more thorough. Save yourself the stress!!! No response from Northampton office no response on sent emails and the phone calls just goes on messaging service left 100 voicemail and email still no response bloody jokers..I will be raising a complaint soon as I am back on the UK..

This is the most incompetent and unethical agent I have ever dealt with - after 3 months I still have not received my deposit back and they sent a million pictures of “dirt” from a room I never rented… no response when I said this was not my room… no sign of my money. If any problems with the house they will not respond either when I was renting. Terrible

Do not let/ sell with this company absolute joke. They have let a property next to me. They hired a gardener who destroyed the boundary between houses, have been chasing them for weeks to have it fixed only to be told I need to chase the gardener They hired. The ignore every email. Also left there tenants with young children without water in the property for days. Rude staff.

I have been today to a property viewing in Luton( LU1 3 UN).I was early with one hour, since I had to travel from London. I announced them of my early presence and they've said that they will be there in 10 min. They were late almost 10 min.The agent was looking like he just finished his lunch. In one hand o bottle of Lacozade. His tie was looking like he's just came from a party , and not even a sorry for been late.I am done with Luton. I do not understand how their managers can't monitor their customer service skills

GoogleFabulously knowledgeable staff who remained calm and professional when difficulties with solicitors arose. They wer tenacious and responded extremely quickly to any question I had, however big or small. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I would highly recommend the whole team.
