Horrendous Lettings agency, ready to gulp down entire of your deposit, that's their game. You cant escape, so if possible dont get into it. Anyone struggling can consult me, shall let you know how to extract every last legitimate money that you deserve to be returned. I took them to the adjudicator and won.

GoogleAbsolutely terrible agents. Took over 3 weeks to replace a broken shower, zero remediation or compensation offered as a result. Multiple occasions I was promised messages to be forwarded on to the landlord - never received a response to this. Stay far away

FacebookI can't recommend Selina and her team highly enough. Both Selina and Casey were always so responsive with a level of professionalism I've rarely seen in the lettings industry. When we needed a little more support on exit, Selina went above and beyond in assisting us. Simply excellent!

Booked to view a property in bradley stoke by someone called Joe. He rang in the morning to confirm, we went for our viewing for no one to turn up for at least 10 - 15 minutes late, then he didn't have the keys and had no idea how to get in and said his phone doesn't work. He then walked off after cancelling our viewing, soon after another couple turned up to view the property and they were there to meet the same agent who they called to come straight back, he came back and give the same excuses to the next couple

GoogleI have dealt with some really shocking letting agencies in the past but Erin and Rachel at T&G have been so incredible with my recent move viewing, referencing, payment and paperwork completed all within 3 days which is just unheard of. these to ladies have set an incredible standard for the company. 5 stars will definitly use T&G for future properties

GoogleAs an absent landlord I would not recommend this agency. I endured very poor quality tenants over an extended period. Whilst the legal situation regarding evictions over covid was outside of their control, the property was left in squalor and had not been well maintained. This review refers to the letting agency side of the business only. Potential landlords beware.
Dear Annie, lovely to hear from you after 19 months! Yes, it was very inconvenient that Covid got in the way of you coming back to your property and your tenants couldn’t find anywhere to move to during lockdown. A lot of Landlords and tenants faced the same situation, which was very unfortunate, but obviously out of our control. It was quite a challenging tenancy to manage in regards to getting repairs done, which always does create problems and ultimately results in a poorly maintained house. But as always, an agent takes instructions from their Landlord and their authority to carry out the recommended works. The house was certainly not handed back in a state as you suggest, and the findings from the DPS certainly didn’t agree with you. I am not sure why you have raised these concerns so long after the end of tenancy, but I see the house that you have sold the house 9 months ago, so I hope all went well and I wish you all the very best for the future. I have been renting through this letting agent for almost 2 years now and it has been an amazing experience so far. The property manager Nathaniel Allibone has always being prompt with reported issues and recently made sure that an urgent repair issue was completed on time. .They take maintenance repair issues serious and are reliable to get quality services. I recommend their service to everyone.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I would never rent from this or any other associated companies ever again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. The experience I had from the time my tenancy ended until I had my deposit partially returned was nothing short of farcical. Their lack of communication and unwillingness to help or address any of my concerns made the process of moving significantly more stressful than it needed to be. They were far more interested in money, they have no desire to provide a decent service for their tenants. I ended up losing a portion of my deposit for which was completely unnecessary cleaning purely due to the fact that I was given the run around from the day I moved out. Had I not reluctantly agreed this saga would still be ongoing and I wouldn't have had any of my money returned. They repeatedly lied about the reason for a sudden increase in this pricing, refused point blank to provide an invoice, refused to listen to any concerns I had and effectively refused to discuss anything until I threatened to seek legal advice. Only then did I receive a phone call. This person was unable give any reason or address any of my concerns, and could not tell me why I was unable to have any sort of invoice. They also lied that the landlord had contacted me when he had not. Even after agreeing to pay these (illegal) cleaning fees just so I could be done with the whole situation it still took a further email and telephone call to have my money returned. Absolute joke of an agency. Avoid at all costs. If you do happen to rent with them take photographs of everything because they will use any excuse under the sun to keep your money.

If I could, I wouldn't give even one star. The agency/agent worked on behalf of one of owners, helping to delay and stalling the sales process for one owners benefit. And personal gain, as recieving money for this from said owner. Often not replying, selective replies, replying with delays once recieve instructions from other owner.
