TrustpilotAbsolute nightmare to deal with
Absolute nightmare to deal with. After a year I am withdrawing my house from sale. Took months of chasing to take actions, and then unreachable. Clearly on buyers side, telling us to take lower offers and not take higher ones beacuse of their "systems". Horrible, horrible experience.

My experience started with the pleasant Taylor who walked me through the entire experience. I felt like she genuinely had my best interest at heard and worked with me through the whole process. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Victoria who showed me around the property and inspected the place properly. I felt at ease through the whole process and appreciated the genuine people at the office.

I vacated the house early as Swindon Taylors agent confirmed to refund the rent for the remaining days, it has been 3 months now but no response from Swindon Taylors team after multiple chasers.I was tenant foe more than 3 years but this company has no respect at all. Not recommending anyone to go with Taylors at all in any scenario. Swindon Staffs are very unprofessional.

An agent from the Luton George street branch told me during a viewing they wonβt put my offer forward to the seller because I have my own conveyor and mortgage broker. Another agent repeatedly denied me a viewing at another property for over a month, I had to go and speak to the seller directly and found out that Taylorβs had viewings held during the previous weekend.

[Bradley Stoke Branch] Unprofessional! Last minute change in move-in date and late contract drafting, both only 2 days before the agreed move-in date, even though referencing was cleared at least 3 weeks beforehand.

GoogleHad some very bad times with Taylors for the first part of my time as a landlord, until the wonderful Lorna came along. She took me from being on the brink of leaving Taylors and giving up even renting my house out to re storing my faith in this sector. Taylors is now a good estate agent to deal with, all in part to Lorna in the Gloucester branch. Keep up the good work.

GoogleI felt they beat around the bush they said they can give my partner a mortgage but I spoke to a few and they don't get why they would say that as he can't on his own! Wouldn't recommend anyone going here especially first time buyers

Awful awful people in Northampton branch, customer service could not be worse. Rude staff with not a care in the world about people who actually need a place to live and who essentially pay their wages. Booked a viewing and took days off work for it three times only to be let down at the last minute every time, avoid this shower at all costs.

if you are to vacate their properties, make sure you contact them at least two months in advance and NOT 30 days notice. If yo do not cancel within a certain time frame your 30 days notice to vacate the property will not be valid.

GoogleDreadful aftercare service for tenants. Numerous times I've called in with questions regarding the release of my deposit, every time they promise to return my call within the hour but never do. Utterly useless and dishonest company.
