From initial contact with Laurie, and then Olivia dealing with the viewings and subsequent sale, and Niamh then handling all of the difficult work with all of the legal sides of the sale. GoogleWhat a bunch of ruthless deceitful lying conmen, these people belong in the sewer. Chelsea Searle showed me around my house in Stonehouse. I had been evicted from my last house 4 months ago due to the landlord selling up, naturally i asked her if the landlord was likely to sell this house any time soon, she lied to me and said no. The garden was a real warzone mess and she told me the landlord was planning on getting it tidied up, this was lies too. 4 months into my tenancy and i'm being evicted again, i have been given a section 21. The landlord has decided to sell 'lo and behold'. SO she lied through her teeth. I discovered the landlord tried to sell this house last year and failed, so put it back up for rent, so now they are going to try and sell it again and i have been used to fill in the gap for 6 month. I should have been told about the landlord trying to sell the house before i moved in but they would rather rip me off and line their pockets at the same time. The scum and filth i found on my kitchen window sill, hall area, living room window sill, lots and lots of dead insects and cobwebs, i have never seen such filth in all my life, someone from Naylor Powell was in the house the day before but they never spent 10 minutes to clean this scum up, it was left from me instead. That sums up these conmen, take your money and do nothing in return, kiss the landlords behind and they dont give a flying toss about the tenants. They also use a portal to report your maintenance issues, it's a disaster, it just makes it easier for them to reject everything, you dont get notified of anything so you have no idea if anything is being attended to or not. James Birt (director) isn't professional by any account, he did the 3 month inspection, i reported a couple of faults to him, he told me he would get them seen to asap, 6 weeks later i had heard nothing from Him or from the company regarding the repairs, i have to phone up and moan at them for their lies and lack of action. I have uploaded pics which show the overwhelming amount of repairs that were rejected or cancelled, one haS been pending for 4 months. what a shambles.

I have been trying to contact you for a number of weeks. If you returned my calls you would have had an update.
Your comments about my team are offensive, unfounded and untrue. The information provided to you at the time of taking the property was correct and accurate at the time. The fact that the landlord has since changed their mind and decided to sell, is very unfortunate but not something we can control or change.
It is slightly ironic that you write a review saying no repairs are done an hour after our maintenance person has left the property.
As a team we will always do our best for our clients. It is unfortunate when it is made very difficult for us to do our job.

GoogleI used Naylor Powell 4 years ago to sell my long term family home. They were professional and efficient throughout the process, taking it to a successful sale.
When I decided to move on from my present home I contacted NP to investigate my options of either selling or letting the house. They provided detailed advice on both options aided by their knowledge and experience of the market in Gloucestershire. I subsequently decided to sell and NP drew up a sales brochure including video walk through. The house was subsequently viewed and offers received, but fell through. The market at that time appeared to be rattled by financial matters, consequently I decided to take the house off the market for a while. It is my intention to market it again with NP in a year or two. They have been professional and supportive throughout and I do not hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleWe purchased a flat that Naylor Powell was marketing. Several agents there (Scott, Laurie) showed us the flat on quite a few occasions, with patience and clear information. Leah there was extremely professional and very kind, updating us regularly/weekly on the correspondence with the seller's solicitor. It was consistently so throughout a period of several months. Leah was very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and polite, and extremely reliable - always coming back with updates and replies to every question and every email. The clarity and consistency of the communications really helped and ultimately sped up the process. Communications from her colleagues at Naylor Powell were also uniformly prompt and helpful. We then used their letting service. Kate provided an accurate evaluation based on a careful market analysis of the pricing, size, and conditions of similar properties in the surrounding areas. She was prompt, professional, and delightful to interact with, leaving us with a helpful folder full of information, and the viewings were arranged in quick successions, securing two potential tenants swiftly - within ~1-2 weeks. Callum then provided a detailed update on the feedback and potential tenants after each batch of viewing, offering factual analyses on different factors to help us make an optimal decision. The contract was signed swiftly - and electronically, as such it was very convenient and suited us well.
