I contacted Naylor powell on recommendation of a friend, they had viewings for my late mums property within a couple of days, they always kept me informed about everything thing about viewings times ect, the main person was Maria who was really helpful with any query i had, nothing was to much trouble, she was also very kind knowing this was not an easy journey for me, I highly recommend them all as a team thank you again

Let us move into a house in Redmarley which had thousands of cluster flies, beetles and god knows what else, was promised the house was going to be deep cleaned and painted before we moved in but it didn’t, had to pay for pest control, cleaners and steam cleaners.. painted all the walls because they were filthy, it was a landlord managed property so Naylor Powell completely washed their hands with us told us we had to tell the landlords and they wouldn’t reply to us. Couldn’t live there for 4 months of the year because of pests… when we left we made the house spotless the estate agent confirmed the house was very clean but our landlords still went on to try take our deposit, estate agents wouldn’t get involved with the deposit agency or help or back us up. Worst experience ever and it has put me off ever renting again.

GoogleNaylor Powell went above and beyond to ensure that a number of challenges which arose during the sale of my apartment were resolved. I would definitely recommend the Sales Department (Laurie Duckworth) and Director James Birt to anyone intending to sell property in the Docks or wider Gloucester area.

GoogleAll in all a good experience, even though in the end I didn't purchase a house through them. Olivia was very helpful and chased the vendors for reply's to my offers, but they were too long in responding. Would recommend.

GoogleWe were shown round 2 properties by Toby. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about the area and property. He was polite and professional and after a day of seeing multiple properties with multiple estate agents he really stood out as a top class agent. Naylor and Powell's communication is fantastic. They answer emails and calls quickly and explain the process clearly. They were open and honest when it came to discussing an offer which was reassuring and saved time. Their office were able to recommend and arrange solicitor quotes promptly and with good reasoning for their recommendations.

GoogleDoing research into potential options at retirement in a couple of years. One option is an apartment in Gloucester docks. Even knowing that there was no immediate potential for a sale Toby Moss from the Gloucester docks office was incredibly helpful. He was attentive to our needs and had all the information we might require to hand. He showed great knowledge of the area and took the time to understand us. If our future options lead us to this area we will be back to Naylor Powel and Toby.

We have dealt with Naylor Powell Stonehouse several times now, both buying and selling through them. Each time there has been a change in staff members but they have all been great to deal with. This time we dealt with Ruth, Jasmine and Ronan. They are always friendly but also get the job done. Communication has been positive, keeping us updated where necessary. We would have no hesitation recommending Ruth and the team at Naylor Powell Stonehouse.
