The agent was very prompt in responding to my request to have some issues looked at. The maintenance man came to look and said he would send in his quote. This was over a week ago now and I have not heard a thing. Some issues raised with the maintenance man when he was here were at best met with an apathetic “can’t do” approach.

I received a reply advising that she had arranged for an engineer who contacted me that night and we arranged for him to visit the next day. He arrived on time and diagnosed the fault and luckily carried a spare on his van. All in all very good service and no mess.
