I have been so pleased with the continuously high level of service I get from this branch of Andrews. Everyone I speak with is genuinely helpful, but on many occasions it has been the unrivaled levels of support I have had from Hayley Tennet and Shannon Smith that keep me returning. Both have gone above and beyond multiple times to help me, explain things, share their wealth of knowledge and to guide me through many property transactions. I trust their judgement, their candid feedback and helpful approach. Its makes what can be such a stressful time so much easier when you can have an honest and straight forward conversation and know they will do their level best to achieve a prompt result. Thank you.

We needed to move houses due to our current house being put out for sale. Found on their site a house next block to my current house and fits into what we were looking to get, called and arranged for viewing. Met with Nicole Meikle who was the staff to show me round. She was very professional, polite and very responsive even after viewing and needed some more information. She did a good job and we are satisfied.

Sold my house through Andrews in November this year, appalling communication, no updates. Buyer was passed my contact details by a former employee, then had to sort out all the details and chasing myself including handing the keys over on the day of exchange. The Estate Agent then called the day after as he had been told that the house was completed and wondered when I could bring the keys in to him! Me and my partner viewed a property through Andrews with Shayla. The property in question wasn’t quite what we was looking for, and Shayla was very understanding about this. In due course a property became available and she called us straight away with the details. Exceptional communication and it never felt like I was hassling Shayla. Weekday or weekend we were updated and I really feel without Shayla, we wouldn’t have been successful in our new home! Shayla and Shannon have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. After a pretty horrendous experience dealing with another estate agent I proceeded with caution when enquiring about a property through Andrews. I firstly spoke to Shayla who swiftly arranged a viewing and was able to show me around what I can now say is our new home. She was excellent on the viewing and took the time to talk to me at the end and get an understanding of our situation. From there on the procedure could not of been easier. After this point I had been starting to deal with Shannon through the application process. She was in regular contact, and made each stage very easy. It was an extremely simple process and I cannot thank these two ladies enough! :) Throughout the whole process I never felt like I had to 'chase up' or take the time out to call for updates.
