GoogleWith our tenants prematurely ending their tenancy, we needed to find others as quickly as we could. Jasmine Gyde was exemplary in assisting us to complete all the 'check outs' and 'check ins'. We cannot thank her enough - a wonderfully smooth transition. And result, the property was only vacant for 3 days.

GoogleWe had a very good experience selling our house with Andrews. Dan was great answering all our initial questions and giving us a great deal but Rebecca was the real star ⭐️ She was extremely warm and approachable, honest and straightforward and went out of her way, over and above, to help progress our sale and the whole chain to a successful completion. It became a complicated and frustrating chain but Rebecca’s tenacity and professionalism was instrumental in keeping everyone connected and maintaining the momentum. This is the second time we have used Andrew’s and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

GoogleThe worst agency I have ever dealt with. It's hard to get along with them. They have a terrible mess of papers, they confuse people and addresses. They also have a problem with the return of the deposit and they search for irregularities by force, even though the apartment they rent is dirty, although they promise early on that everything will be clean and refreshed and the carpets will be washed after the previous tenants. Incompetent agency. I don't recommend it. I advise against it.

After visiting all the real estate agents I would Andrew’s is the best letting agents in the area and provide very professional services and are very caring which only possible because of people who work there i.e Hayley and Jasmine and all the other people there and I must say they are an asset to the organisation. GoogleThese guys are the best and the most pleasant, courteous team to work with. whilst on the purchase of our property we got to liaise with the Sarah Searle and Hayley Tennet, they consistently went above and beyond in ensuring that our transition to a home owner was smooth and transparent. we were provided with constant updates with the progress and the reason for delays if any. They were so lovely that even my 10 year old was looking forward for an appointment with them. A Honest and hardworking team that take customer service very seriously. Thank you Guys.

GoogleFantastic experience house hunting with Andrews. I didn’t end up buying through them but I couldn’t fault the client care from them at all. The team were helpful, supportive and proactive in helping with property searches and they were really great at calling and checking on my progress and alerting me to suitable properties coming on to the market. Viewings were arranged promptly and efficiently and they were always happy to do second viewings when needed. Have sold with Andrews twice now and my experience with them as a buyer has been just as exceptional. First class agents who never disappoint. Thanks to all on the team.

Found on their site a house next block to my current house and fits into what we were looking to get, called and arranged for viewing. Met with Nicole Meikle who was the staff to show me round. She was very professional, polite and very responsive even after viewing and needed some more information. She did a good job and we are satisfied.

GoogleDisgusting service from this agent...I was rushed around on the viewing by Rebecca, nonetheless I put an offer in and was accepted, then the timewasting seller didn't want to get a solicitor, only when she had found something else, and there was no hurry in doing that, meanwhile my sale was going through, Rebecca was very rude to me, no understanding of my situation, and thought I was bad because I would not sit and wait until the seller decided to swing into action in a no hurry next year will do manner...Spoken to like a piece of dirt by her..Appalling..Nonetheless I pulled out.
