Sadly we had to move city before we could complete our transaction but even with the Elephant were so understanding and an absolute joy to work with. Elephant Estate Agents provided us with a really useful and high quality service. They organised the marketing very quickly. All the staff came to see the house before it hit the market. And then they were extremely helpful throughout the sale process. All for the same fee as the other local agencies, two of which I've used in the past. I never thought I would recommend any estate agent. But here I am.

I recently sold my house in Greenbank with Elephant. I got the house valued by 3 agents. Elephant didn’t give the highest valuation but I was impressed by Alex’s straightforward manner and that he didn’t over-promise (which I thought was a risk with other agents). I’m really pleased with the result. The photos, listing, and viewings were handled very professionally by Alex and Ben; we got thorough updates after each set of viewings; and we received an offer (above the asking price) within a month. Alex’s advice was invaluable at each stage: he was good at anticipating problems, and both thoughtful and proactive about keeping us and our buyer updated, once we had an offer accepted ourselves and we were in a chain. It was great to deal with Alex, and the wider team: we could rely on him to be straight with us, we never had to chase him, and he clearly understood the market. I’m happy to recommend Elephant!

I think I will not exaggerate saying that the Elephant Estate Agents in Bristol team are the best I have experienced in my long career of moving houses. Their estate agents do not do any research into properties they are selling. Whilst showing potential buyers around a flat they let themselves into two private properties trying to find the back door. All it would have taken is for the agent to be there two minutes early to familiarise themselves with the property and thus avoid embarrassment. Very unprofessional.
