From the moment I first made contact with a number of different estate agents he was noticeably operating at a different level. GoogleI have rented for over 10 years and with Yates Hellier for the last 2 and they have been, by far, the best letting agency I've ever dealt with. All correspondence is communicated in a professional and friendly manner. Any issues that arise (as they do when renting!) have been sorted immediately! If I were to move I'd definitely consider viewing other properties offered by them.

While it was always clear that he was representing the seller’s interests, he was nonetheless very easy to deal with as a buyer, always professional and courteous, responding promptly to queries and ready to offer advice and guidance as needed. He also really seems to have his ear to the ground as to what’s happening in the local market so for any potential buyers reading this, I’d definitely recommend giving him a call.

GoogleOutstanding service from start to finish. Yates Hellier picked up the mess created by a Glasgow West End traditional estate agent and made a very bad situation good! The photos and video were superb. Ross & Lisa brought a great work ethic, attention to detail, commitment and a common sense approach to complete my flat sale. I wish I had trusted going with this contemporary estate agency model from the beginning. My eyes have been opened around the ways in which newer estate agents partner with Rightmove to provide enhanced services. Traditional models with careless, lackadaisical approaches should be a thing of the past and I will certainly remember that the next time I sell my flat.

GoogleBad experience with repairs and deposit return. I rented a property for close to 6 years, Yates Hellier took over the management of it and I found it very difficult to get repairs done. At one point, I was so long without a washing machine, that I had to use a local laundrette. When moving out, Yates Hellier tried to keep close to half of my deposit - the full amount was returned to me after I disputed it with safe deposit Scotland.
Hi Steven Thanks for leaving a review. We acknowledge that there were delays with your replacement washing machine from the suppliers, exasperated by the fact they couldn’t install it when they attended. This was due to the machine being hard wired in rather than plugged - we did advise them of this in advance when ordering, and expected a suitable engineer to attend. As it was a larger supplier, they are not the most flexible when a slight discrepancy occurs, and as such can sometimes lead to frustrating situations as you experienced. This was an unfortunate set of circumstances, which we can only apologise for again. When we were informed of this on the Saturday, we had a redelivery booked for the Monday alongside our own engineer to install it. We did also offer to pay for the laundrette costs at the time, but no receipts were provided. We are still of course happy to honour this. Please get in touch directly with proof of the expenses incurred and we will happily organise repayment. Many thanks Yates Hellier
