GoogleYates Hellier were one of the only letting agencies I’ve ever had who actually responded quickly, were helpful and were kind and understanding. We stopped letting from them when we bought a flat but honestly if we consider letting our flat out I would go to them first. Can’t say enough positive things about them to be honest.

GoogleMy partner and I moved to Australia and left our property in the hands of Yates Hellier. We were extremely happy to how little involvement we had to have during the period. They were very efficient at getting the property on the market and finding a quality tenant in a short time period. We have recently returned to live in the flat again. When we returned, the flat was in excellent condition. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleGot my flat at end of October and was very straight forward with no hassles. We were dealing with Jack who is lovely and very approachable with any issues we had in the flat, problems were dealt with straight away. Would recommend Orbis to my friends and family. So glad we were made to feel comfortable when speaking to him, had horrible experiences with other letting agents. Great service all in !

I have just bought my flat through Yates Hellier and was very impressed with the process. Ross Yates showed me around the property and was very professional and knowledgeable. They used a smooth and efficient online form when getting the information they needed from me, and offered me warm congratulations when I went to their office to collect my keys. I would definitely consider selling a property through them in future, although I do hope I don't move again anytime soon!

GoogleI have got to say that these guys provide a first class service and no issue us too small for them. I was a tenant in one of their properties for 22 months and was blown away by the service. One specific example was when one of the partners gave up time on his weekend to fetch the spare keys for me, when I locked my self out. Very rare personal service provided in a day where it sadly lacks.

GoogleI have been a tenant in a property under the management of Yates Hellier since July 2015. I have also been a private rental tenant within Glasgow since arriving in the city in 1999, dealing with numerous Property Management companies, including some who operate nationwide. Yates Hellier have, without question, been the most professional, diligent and approachable property management company who I have dealt with over those 20 years. From the initial letting, lease and inventory process, through to arranging inspections and required legislative maintenance, Yates Hellier are completely in control of the process.

I personally met with several members of the team during the preparation of my flat for letting, where I was more than satisfied with their diligence, professionalism, and friendly disposition. Since moving, I have consistently been kept up-to-date with all happenings relating to my flat, and have felt supported by their reliable and responsive customer service. I still consider my flat in Glasgow to be my home, so it is particularly comforting to know that I have left it in the hands of such a personable and exceptionally competent company. GoogleYates Hellier is, by far, the best experience my wife and I had with letting agencies. Since day 1 they were very helpful with all the questions we had and accommodated our needs perfectly. Not only that, the care they give you even after you sign a contract is superb. I couldn't recommend them more. They were the third agency my family has had business with since we moved to the UK and the only that did not disappoint. Well done.

GoogleYates Hellier were the best estate agent we've ever dealt with. On moving in, they sorted all minor issues straight away, and they continued to offer that service throughout our tenancy. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and communication throughout was timely and exemplary. Overall a brilliant experience, which is not the norm for a lot of estate agents!
