Yates Hellier recently sold our house in Broomhill. We chose them as we wanted a smaller agent offering a personal service, and we were not disappointed. The photos, advert and social media posts were excellent, and the team - especially Alex - worked hard to line up viewings and to follow up with those who came to see the house. The app and Whatsapp group were very helpful in keeping track of everything. Across just a few days we had upwards of 20 viewings. A closing date was set and multiple viable offers were received, meaning we achieved an excellent sale price.

Selling our flat in the west end of Glasgow was made much easier and simpler by Yates Hellier’s fantastic service. The quality of the photographs they got of the flat was amazing and brilliantly displayed the flat to get plenty of viewers in and get our flat sold for a good price. All the colleagues we dealt with were professional and knowledgeable and made sure to keep us in the loop about everything. They conducted viewings on the flat for us as we'd already moved out and helped to negotiate the selling price. Overall we’re delighted we chose them and would recommend for anyone looking to sell their property!

I am so pleased with the care and detail of service from Yates Hellier Estate Agents. I asked them to come and give me a valuation of my main door tenement in the West End and Ross's knowledge of the area and valuation was spot on. There was no pressure to sign up there and then so I did take my time. But when I did decide to move the process was quick and easy. The communication is brilliant from someone always at the end of a phone to the excellent WhatsApp group that allowed me to communicate with everyone in the company. The agents showed people around my flat and I recommend you do this as it's very convenient. I sold my flat in just over a week for a great price. 5 Star service from start to finish.

Ross was very informative and brought round property price printouts for the area to give me a sense of what price properties in my street and close by were selling for. Which I found really helpful. I was really impressed by the quality of the photography of the flat I was selling and the walk around video made it look really amazing. Alex, Julie, and Lucy were all really great to deal with and kept me informed along the way, answered all my questions, helped me to deal with difficult neighbour issues during the viewings - and much more, it was really flawless. Very professional and supportive team. Right from my moving in to my move out, Yates & Hellier provided a service which, to be honest, is nothing short of hospitality. William and my property manager, Kasia would respond immediately to any issue or request promptly. In my 15 months tenancy, I did not face a single issue or delay or procrastination which would have made my stay inconvenient. I always felt moving out is stressful with lot of involved charges which aren’t transparent and can pose as an additional risk to the expenditures that’d be incurred but, thanks to Kasia, everything was sorted. She made sure she looked after the process, communication, organising deep cleaning and protected my deposit by trying to sort most of the things very sincerely. I will forever remain thankful for easing things out for me . William made sure to organise viewings as per my convenience.
